1. Check in was not the best at all. Arrived 5/23 around 4pm to see some of the staff outside the property talking to themselves and paid me no mind at all. No greeting, no assistance, not even a glance in my direction. I wouldn’t have realized that they were staff until I checked in. I walked past them and up to an empty check in desk. After about 2 mins of standing there, one lady from the group outside comes inside to greet me and check me in. I can see that southern hospitality doesn’t exist here.
2. My room had an unpleasant smell coming from the vents when I walked in. How is it that a hotel has multiple reviews on this same issue and hasn’t done anything about it? Crazy.
3. My fridge didn’t have a freezer component but the property is selling frozen items in the lobby.
4. This room is way too small for the amount I paid for it. Views not too appealing either.
5. Majority of the reason why I booked this room was for the streaming amenities but when I got here, it wasn’t working at all. I asked for assistance with this and the director of maintenance came up, pressed 3 buttons and said there was nothing he could do about it. Then proceeded to ask me if I came all this way just to watch Netflix which was out of turn. That’s a weird of telling me that you aren’t qualified to do the job you’re being paid to do. I wouldn’t hire him to connect my WiFi to my phone.
6. The iron is faulty and leaked water all over my clothes. Refund please!
