“Very good value for thte price. Will go back!!!”

Very pleased with desk clerk. At check in around 9:30 pm, I asked what time the pool closed. The desk clerk said 10 pm, but he would be glad to keep it open until 11:30 when he left if we wanted to swim. I view this kind of service as "going the extra mile" to please. The whole experience was very nice. The room was clean quiet and comfortable.

“Very very impressed, great accommodations.”

This hotel is easy to find in Duluth right off of Rt 85. The staff was extremely helpful, and the room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. It had everything you need for business or pleasure, and has much shopping and every restaurant you could want within 1/2 mile. It is located 1/4 mile off the main road which eliminates noise and road confusion. By far the best hotel in the area.

“Best Option in the Area for the Money”

Extremely friendly hotel staff. Clean room, comfy beds, and quiet rooms. I have stayed at multiple hotels on the same road... This hotel is the best choice for the money. BONUS: Walking distance to Hooters!
