This hotel met all of my expectations. Clean, easy and fast check in/out, beautiful indoor pool! No complaints! This will definitely be my “go to” hotel whenever i come to Atlantic City!

The property is generally luxurious. The rooms are getting a little tired looking. My view was a wall and a stone platform.

Room was dirty, hotel was dirty. Furniture and bedding in room was absolutely disgusting, lamp was broken, bed was broken. Two people can’t sit on the end of the bed without it slamming to the floor. Lighting is dark. Expected way more from the Borgata. I wouldn’t recommend.

I was disappointed at the greeting, or lack of greeting at the front desk. In addition, I was just handed my key card with no directions to the elevator or anything. I ended up walking in a circles looking for the hotel elevator. Aside from that, it is a beautiful hotel.

The property was beautiful. However, I was surprised that they did not have USB outlets. Secondly, I was blindsided by the casino surcharges and taxes. I never received any documentation/email from you or them about the additional fees. There was a communication breakdown.

Borgata is absolutely beautiful! I’m so happy I was able to book this hotel and surprise my mom for Mother’s Day. Everyone was so helpful and very friendly. The room was super clean and the casino is amazing. I will definitely be returning and booking with only Borgata! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
