Booked a room for the night and selected non smoking. When I checked in they gave the room away. As a courtesy they upgraded us to a suite but still smoking. For that I gave them 4 stars. If you pay for a room you should get that room.

I didn't expect much, but I at least hoped for average service. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of even that low bar. Disappointing stay due to subpar customer service and cleanliness. Upon arrival, the front desk agent was not welcoming at all. A simple smile would have made the interaction better.our rooms were inconveniently located far apart, and when I called to request a room change or shorter route, the agent was unhelpful and unaccommodating. Despite my request to check availability and potentially switch rooms, I was told to come downstairs to the front desk - a significant hurdle given my grandmother's mobility issues with her wheelchair. As a former hotel agent and current manager, I expected more proactive problem-solving and empathy from the staff. Instead, we decided not to bother. Furthermore, the room's cleanliness was unacceptable. The toilet seat had dried urine on it, and the area behind the nightstand was not vacuumed. As a former housekeeping manager, I know that attention to detail and thorough cleaning are essential. It's disappointing that this hotel fell short of these basic standards. Overall, this experience left a sour taste, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.

The staff at the resort is very friendly and upon checking was timely for each guest who had been arriving. There is a multiple restaurants inside the resort where you join well done taste meal whatever anyone is preferred. Awesome boutique store on casino area with affordable prices. I would recommend it. Just maybe in addition for each hotel room to provide at least few bottles of water and extra supplies for the bathroom are for shower to use. Besides that, resort is very good and affordable for staying and having a good time.

Liked the linkage to all the restaurants and shops both in Caesars and Bally's. Wonderful linkage to the Caesars Mall - where on the 3rd level, you can sit on steps or on your own portable chair to have a "rain or shine, foul or fair weather wonderful overlook of the ocean and beach"! Room amenities in the Centurion tower rooms were fine - we had a 2 queens for our last nite stay, and 2 rooms (King with oceanview and 2 Queens non-view) for two earlier nites.) Rates were far better booking through Expedia for the first two nites - the third nite was an add-on for a Saturday nite, and pricey getting the extra at check-in. But we wanted the extra stay and "downsizing" from 2 rooms to 1 for the last nite. Caesars is very clean - lobby, rooms, casinos - but smoke-sensitive people may have to search well for a place to gamble -- there seems to be little enforcement of keeping non-smoking casino areas smoke free.

Entering the parking was a nightmare. The main enterance of hotel from the street is hidden and not evident. Make sure you don't eat at this hotel. Food is bad and very expensive. Don't pay attention to the rates Expedia shows. I paid $199.47 to Expedia thinking that hotel is paid for. hey charged my card an extra $118.02 for Resort fee, surchrge, Tourist fee Occupancy, etc.
