The 26-story Hilton Austin has 800 spacious guestrooms, all with views of the Austin skyline. Rooms feature the Serenity Bed: pillowtop mattress, hypo-allergenic down comforter, triple sheeting, and multiple pillows (five pillows and a bolster on double beds; eight pillows and a bolster on king beds). Rooms have either a chair with ottoman or a loveseat. Wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge. Multi-line speakerphones have voice mail. Cable TV includes pay movies, video games (surcharge), and premium channels.

Recreation
A patio with city views surrounds a splash pool and spa tub. The 16,000-square-foot health club has cardio machines, free weights, four TVs, steam rooms, saunas, and women's and men's locker rooms (surcharge). Use of the pool is complimentary.
Much loved by joggers, walkers, and bicyclists, the Town Lake Hike and Bike Trail is one-half mile from the hotel. The 10-mile trail circles the lake, a dammed stretch of the Colorado River. Activities on the water include canoeing, kayaking, and fishing. Bicycles, canoes, and kayaks can be rented within a few miles of the hotel. At least nine golf courses are less than 10 miles away; the Hancock Golf Course–established in 1899–and the Lions Municipal Golf Course are both four miles from the hotel.

“Great location”
The hotel was very nice - clean rooms, comfy beds, pretty decor; and the location was super conventient. I think you couldn't beat the price for the location and quality of the hotel. However, just a warning, the parking per day was pretty expensive. They also need a credit card at check-in and bill the credit card a certain amount for each day that you stay there. As I understood it, they took the parking expense out of the amount that was billed to your credit card per day, and returned the rest as long as you didn't spend any more at the hotel. Also, they advertise that there's wifi, but you have to pay an additional amount in order to actually access it.
“Great location! Enjoyable stay!”
Beautiful hotel! Location could not be better! In a very walkable part of downtown Austin. One block from the famous 6th street bars, numerous restaurants, and music venues. The hotel itself has plenty of food and drink options as well. The fitness room is great and the roof top pool overlooks downtown. Rooms are nicely sized and well decorated, and the beds and pillows are a dream! Overall excellent hotel option for anyone looking to stay in downtown Austin.

The rooms were nice, nothing extravagant. The lobby area was awesome! Coffee bar was very convenient(good turkey wraps!). Excellent location to 6th St & steps away from the convention center. Don't pay $16 for parking! There is plenty of metered parking close by & its free on Sundays & holidays!
“Austin's Best”
Amazing Hotel. Location was perfect. Pool and deck were on point. Problem with the key cards always deactivating, but staff was very friendly. Rooms are everything you expect and more. Loved the Hilton and will always book when staying in Austin.
