"Clean and comfortable stay in a great location!"

"This stay was absolutely perfect - we spent 9 days here and felt right at home. It was clean and our stay was refreshing and relaxing. There is a bit of noise from the street as it is a busy road and near a lot of bars, restaurants, etc. We were able to use the kitchen for cooking and storing food items. They clean the room every 2-3 days but they check in to see if you need any additional toiletries or extra cleaning. They are available via Whatsapp and give prompt responses to any questions!!...

"We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Quinta dos Bravos. The property amidst the gardens is so beautiful, with great care taken for every detail. The rooms are spotless. The breakfasts are nice with homemade cakes. On our last night, we had the loveliest dinner onsite made by Irena, which was a highlight. Paulo, Irena and their staff were attentive, kind and gracious. We look forward to returning and highly recommend staying here!"

"It is a famil, running guesthouse. There is a very nice view of the ocean and Mt. Pico. The stuff is exttemly friendly and always prepared to help you. They are very helpful with advice. They alsk offer transfer. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very cool building with a great shared outdoor space. It's definitely a hostel/hotel hybrid, meaning you might be impacted by other guests turning on hallway lights (uncovered windows above doors so light shines through) and limited privacy (shared balconies with guests walking by windows). "

"I don't want to over hype this place because I want it to be available for my next trip. This hotel is a former dept store so you've got very high ceilings and giant windows. The windows have wooden panels that secure over the windows ensuring total silence and darkness when you want to sleep. Good locks, great location, great staff. Make sure you visit the Greek restaurant across the street "

"Estadia de 3, quarto muito grande e muito bonito, as paredes precisam de alguns retoques, o colchão podia ser de melhor qualidade, todos os dias acordava com dor de costas. No quarto ouvia todas as noites as pessoas do andar de cima. Pequeno almoço espectacular, nada a apontar. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Estacionamento fácil de encontrar nas ruas próximas."

I would recommend having dinner on the property for at least one of your evenings here. The food was better than any of our other meals on the island. The staff spoke English and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I have to give special thanks to Edgar, who served our breakfasts and gave us a tour of the property-with an explanation of how they grow...
