"The hotel is in a beautiful location and has 6 hot spring pools on site that are very enjoyable. The room was very large, with comfortable beds. The room and hotel areas (like restaurant) were very cold! Even though there was a fireplace in the room it was small and didn’t provide heat throughout our time there. The guests have to wear heavy coats in the dining room. Bring a bathrobe to wear from the room to the pools… it’s very cold. They don’t have a concierge to provide information about...
