It’s a days inn, which is very basic at best. You are paying for the location which was less than a minute walk to ballpark. It is convenient for parking garage. Very fast and efficient elevator!
There was no room number outside my door 330, and the ceiling had a chunk missing from above my shower.
The pool was closed and the restaurant also (notified after booking). Disappointed with how much I paid for one night. I had to reschedule from Saturday to Friday and had to pay an additional large amount. Nice fast staff and check in.
Honest review
I stayed at the property for one night. The concierge staff were extremely helpful. The parking lot was closed due to a series of events taking place in the area. The concierge assisted me with parking overnight at the hotel. My room was quiet and comfortable. The ac unit worked and I had a microwave and refrigerator in my room. I can’t remember the last time I had both in my room at a 5 star rated hotel. The breakfast isn’t much to talk about. But then again, I didn’t book the room for the breakfast options. For the price, the location is great and the amenities are appropriate.
Nothing worked, I left the first night. I did not check out, however in view of the circumstances, I would like 4 day refund.

We got here a little early and the room was not available till 3 but we were able to store our luggage in a room close to the check in. Can’t beat this location if you want to take in an Orioles game or roam the Inner Harbor area. Both within walking distance 10-15 minutes. Elevators are tight if you need to maneuver a mobility scooter. The room was pretty small as expected for an older hotel in middle of the city. Rooms were very dated but clean. AC and fridge worked great. Beds were comfortable. However, room safe was not working, and several light bulbs over the vanity were out. Unfortunately, the pool was closed too. Morning continental breakfast was basic but enough to get us going. Parking ($35/ night) was right behind the hotel. Overall not a bad deal if you want to just stay for a night and explore Baltimore’s Inner Harbor by foot & scooter. Also Ale Pratt Street Ale House around the corner serves great chicken salad sandwich and Key lime pie :)
The staff was friendly and professional. The receptionist was having issues with the computer network and my friend and I were attending the baseball game nearby and she was kind enough to let us drop off our bags in a secure room so we wouldn’t have to wait for check-in until after we got back from the game. That was really nice and outstanding customer service.
Asked for a wake up call never came missed breakfast

The shower was terrible. Why is the show head set into the ceiling? If you are using a ceiling shower head, why is it just a regular head instead of one that scatters the water better? The ceiling of the shower was warping because it wasn't designed to have a shower head in it.
Everything else was fine.
Perfect hotel if you are attending a meeting at the convention center, which is just across the street. Not as nice as high-end hotels but it's half the cost. I wouldn't stay here with my wife but will definitely return myself. Old rugs and low-end furniture remind you that it's a Days Inn, but the staff is excellent, and parking is easy.
Great customer service. friendly staff. easy in and out parking. close to Inner Harbor.

Clean facilities, nice on outside but needs updating on the inside. Carpet had big stains in room. Also, not handicap accessible to enter. 5 steps to enter lobby.
Great location, close to the Inner Harbor. Friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is old, worn down, and needs updated badly. You get what you pay for, and all I needed was a bed to get a good nights sleep and it was good for that.
Not bad at all. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. Only reason I didn't give it an across the board 5star rating was the chincy breakfast. That's my only complaint. There was food yea, but cereal, apples, bagels and granola... My only complaint
When I booked the hotel you didn’t tell me that the coffee shop and restaurant were closed. A full breakfast was supposed to be included in the price. Now they are only offering what they describe as grab and go breakfast items. Someone should give me a discount. This is false advertising.

We booked a room with a QUEEN bed. It was clearly a double and the pillows were small and uncomfortable. But I guess for the $ it is what it is. Staff were nice though.

Had wet carpet in front of the bathroom door. TV wasn’t working. Breakfast was very limited. Staff, however, was very friendly.
