This is an amazing hotel. The staff are the best I’ve ever dealt with. Let us check in super early and we were able to sleep after our red eye for which we were very grateful. Comfortable beds and pilllows. The crab cakes at Poets are amazing!! Only issue we had was the strange up charges at breakfast. (Got charged $5 trying to not be wasteful and having them not include the eggs with breakfast.) Saw a lot more of Baltimore than we would have if we had stayed closer to the convention center.

The staff at Hotel Indigo are by far their greatest asset. They are warm, hospitable and helpful. The rooms have charm and you don't hear your neighbors through the walls. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning (grout and shower tiles had dirt and ick from previous stays). Pleasant place to stay for a quick trip.
