Fresh, welcoming and convenient for transport
Was upgraded to one of the new rooms. Very nice. A friend recommended this place because it is convenient for airport rail link and bts.

Great place, Great food, Great location!
Basically I couldn't find any fault with this hotel; location is good, wifi is good, service is warm & welcoming and breakfast is fantastic despite lack of variety. Overall this place is recommended. The only setback is the poor sound insulation at the door. The next door tenant came back late after 1am and was disturbing to our sleep.

- Good location about 6-8 mins walk from the sky train station victory monument. - Neighbourhood shopping mall next to the sky train station, plenty of convenience stores and local eateries and cafes around - Relatively safe neighbourhood to walk back at night, only small flaw is the entrance is at the back of the main road and the building beside is still under construction - Friendly and efficient staff who spoke good english - Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms

Nice environment to stay
Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good in English communication too. Due to change of schedule, we need to cancel the last day of hotel staying last minute. Staffs cannot refund the money to us due to policy. However, they provide us free shuttle service to the airport.

Lovely staff. Nice new hotel.
2nightsSep. Transit stay enroute Aus-Eur. Clean, modern, friendly small hotel. Room size good. 15min walking distance to Skytrain. Breakfast V nice. Ate dinner in restaraunt one night, v nice. Nightly happy hour drinks. Local food centre opposite. Reception(at rear hotel) happily arranged a meteted taxi trip back to airport.

It's a new hotel that taxi drivers barely know. 3 stars property with 5 stars service. The GM is superb. Definitely will recommend this hotel to my relatives for their sincere service.

The place is clean and new, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's very near BTS Victory monument station and the mini van station to Hua-Hin. Very convenient!

Hotel staff made my stay a pleasant one
Hotel was not in a tip top location, but the staff and value for money accommodation more than made up for it. Staff were extremely pleasant, courteous and attentive. Excellent attitude!

New and convenient hotel
The moment my friends and I stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by the staff and manager. They even served us juice while we were checking in. The manager gave us a map and told us where to go and how to get around during our stay in Bangkok. Even advised us on the traffic at peak hours. The room was pleasant. Simple and worth what we paid for. No toothbrush and all but we came prepared nevertheless. Just below the hotel, there are many roadside stalls and minimarts and convenience stores as well. It is a walking distance from victory monument BTS. It was a great stay and the manager and staff ensured that our needs are covered and are there to help us if we need their assistance.

Hotel staff do not inform us that children have to pay 100 baht for breakfast, I have 2 children and when check out they charge me @1000 baht in total for the breakfast.was angry as another hotel they never charge like that is all in when book. the hotel manager returned me 500baht as thier staff do not inform us this when we check in.pls becareful and ask the staff about this if u book this hotel and have children.

wrong room, wrong time
would have rated the hotel much higher if not for the renovation work above my room. i don't mind the noise but very much mind that the basin water smelled and tasted of (paint) thinner. shower area has faint thinner smell. unfortunately, my partner (having a flu) had boiled and drank the water. we purchased mineral water for washing up and drinking the very next day. tried informing the receptionist but she can't understand English well, might have mistaken that i was complaining about the noise instead.

Great Stay at Bizotel! Can't go wrong here!!!
We stayed here for one night and decided to come back 3 more times in the same week! We planned day trips to Ayuthaya and Amphawa Floating Market in-between our stay at Bizotel and staff here held our luggage during two separate day-trips. Location is convenient at Victory Monument where we purchased mini-bus tickets to both trips. Bed is soft (softest we've had in Thailand for the 3 months we have been here), water pressure and temperature is good, wifi internet is fantastic (connection does not drop), everything is new and clean here. There is a 7-11 next door (5 on this block), plenty of street vendors and restaurants (though we still prefer the food at Chiang Mai for price and taste more). The restaurant downstairs serves western and Thai food and is decent. People here are fantastic. They are so helpful, always asking if we need taxi service, they help move our bags up to our room, and offer information on when and how to visit attractions.

隔音差，附近幾房的開關門、走廊上交談，都聽得到，這對晚歸的人不是問題，但對帶老人家出遊的人就不適合。此外地理位置很棒，從BTS勝利紀念碑站2號出口下來，約8min左右可到達，去外府很方便，有很多mini van可搭。入口處的餐廳舒適且不貴，咖啡等飲料在55-90thb之間，餐點在90-280左右，沒多收額外稅金。櫃台和餐廳人員都很友善，那天我們要搭計程車到兩公里內的另一家飯店，櫃檯人員能幫我們叫到跳錶taxi真的很棒！因為近距離移動很多計程車不願意載或不肯跳錶，自己攔計程車常常會攔到火大。(若沒有行李要拉，還是建議搭乘大眾運輸工具較佳。

ホテルの周りにコインランドリーがあったり 近くにマッサージ屋もコンビニ、スーパーも あり、かなり便利な上 夜遅くまで人は動いているが、客室は静かで 良かった。スタッフの対応も親切、丁寧で 良かったです。

Maybe hotel facilities are not the best (e.g. water pressure is strange that sometime is hot and sometime is cold, you need to keep adjusting during your shower and power charging is not enough, no USB) but you have to accept it as this is around 3-4 stars hotel. However, the most important thing is the staffs of this hotel are excellent! They are all very very helpful and one staff named Tanya, she was very helpful and did everything that we need during our stay! I will definitely come again next time!
