Decent value spot. Great little pool on the top floor. A couple of nit picky things: towels are very thin, and there was no power outlet next to the bed in my room, so if you use your phone as an alarm that’s an annoyance.

Genuinely enjoyed my trip and stay here! The staff was friendly and very helpful! I got there at 7:30am and there was no pressure to check in early but offered as well as alternatives if I wanted to wait. The cleaning staff was so kind, if I had questions or needed help, she made sure to help me! Add in convenience of location being close to everything yet very quiet and not loud at all. I will definitely be back again!

Hotel Icon is an affordable option among all that Bangkok offers. I have been coming to Bangkok for many years and Hotel Icon Bangkok is very conveniently located to the BTS Phloen Chit Station making getting around Bangkok very easy and efficient. My stay was very comfortable and I really enjoyed the room I was in. I especially liked how the walls separating the bathroom from the bedroom were two thick panes of aquamarine translucent glass, part of the walk in shower which has another thick pane of transparent glass between it and the toilet making for a spacious feel. I would definitely stay again!

It is clean and very classy room. I like the color combination and the brightness of the hotel. But the bathroom brings some smell from i side. I think when they do the finishing of the construction. Need to be fixed

Excellent location. Skytrain and major shopping areas very close. Very poor service. I cut my toe in the shower due to broken tiles, then had to beg staff for plasters and ice. Very poor service. Staff rude and not willing to help in any way. Manager on holiday for 3 days HR manager cant sprak english. No compensation. Didnt even offer to wash blood stained trainers and sock. Food over priced. Hotel taxi services charges more then street taxis. I will not return!

Good location
Stayed for a couple of nights. Close to platinum fashion mall. The hotel was clean. Good view from the pool. Gym was a little tired but did the trick

Very good mid range hotel
The hotel was very good. It is in a convenient location close to Sukhumvit Road and the train. The hotel is comfortable and clean and has a nice pool. The hotel is not quite as fancy as some of the major international hotels - but the price of the rooms was reasonable. Overall I would recommend the hotel if you want to stay somewhere that is quite decent but don't want to spend on one of the top end hotels, I thought this was a very good mid range hotel.

Stayed here in 2018 and it was a pleasant place to stay; that’s why I came back. As of July 2023 the place isn’t in good shape. From dirty elevators to overused towels. Front desk girl was the least helpful one can be. The only good part of it was the sweetest lady at the taxi-tours desk. Not only she was helpful, but offers cheaper price’s compared to other places…even Grub.

A great stay, lovely staff and ideal location for Nana, BTS rail links and great shopping. Good room, clean and spacious. Swimming pool and bar on roof. Good breakfast with plenty of choices at the buffet. Staff amazing and could not have been more friendly and helpful. A+
