Really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, you can actually walk to the ICONSIM, 10 minutes. I didn’t, as it’s too hot. 2 minutes By motorcycle. There is a big food court and supermarket walking about 2 minutes. The whole street just outside the hotel is local food, delicious. It’s funny to say Even it’s in a busy area, the room is quiet. Really like the room has a fridge. You can have a glass of cold water in the morning. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back to Naga. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Property was well maintained, the staff were very friendly and accommodating , the rooms were nicely appointed. I initially had a few issues these were immediately rectified. Would definitely stay in this area and at Naga Residence again.

Very nice place to stay. The staff above and beyond! Very clean and safe no worries here. Literally 100 feet away from anything you need including the restaurant market. Highly recommended!

Nice neighborhood location with many local eateries nearby. Walk easily to the skytrain or Icon Siam. The staff are super helpful and efficient.

For the price I paid, I was surprised at what a nice hotel it was, and the rooms were really comfortable, well laid out, and had great amenities. The water pressure could have been a little higher in the shower, but otherwise, very happy with our room

Wonderful Bangkok Hotel
Super clean and well maintained. Quiet street with numerous local dining options. Easy access to Sky Train and Chao Praya Express Boat. Wonderful staff!

Really great stay for wedding
Staff was fantastic. Rooms were clean and roomy. Everything was perfect for us. We did not need a pool or free breakfast.

Stayed for a couple of days at Naga Residence and they have Best hospitality and customer service. Staff are very helpful Nd location is accessible to BTS, though we used taxi/grab all the time since we have kids with us. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommended on your trip to Bangkok.

Well, as your suggestion for no stingy for money, we not agree for this coz it might be the case between guest and hotel, maybe like Guest want to have better room but dont want to loose their money, only want free upgrade.. in this case hotel can not allow which is unfair to other guest that they had booked and pay more for their correct and pay for that room. Perfectly acceptable but plenty of room for improvement. Location is kind of annoying as Saphan Taksin is across the river and the other BTS station is 15 minutes away. Often we ended up coming back via free shuttle boats to Iconsiam (great place). Would consider staying again if I wanted to stay on this side of the river again
