Very convenient location. There are so many shops around the area. 7/11 is just across the street and so many dining options. There are nail salon and hair salon and laundry drop off service just walking distance. 4 min walk to BTS Phrakanong Station, Sukhuvmit line. The hotel is really clean and staffs are very nice. If I’m visiting Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Thai Sun again.

We liked this hotel because it was extremely convenient for getting on the railway and there were several places to eat, get a massage, and drink nearby. Also there was a 7/11 across the street. We did not utilize any hotel amenities because we were a little confused on where they were (they are like in the next building over or something), but it wasn’t a big deal because we were always gone during the day.

When i saw some reviews n description said it was very close to bts..not really. Its a 8 min hike but it does have a walk light to cross traffic n traffic does not stop like every where else. This intersection is a double turning lane. They do full acceleration in that turn. Ive got vechiles stop last second about 2 feet b4 hitting me. Room's floor is a bit dirty my bare feet was black in 10 min of going into the room. Sink gets backed up in 5 seconds. Bed is hard n hollow. Tv is all thai channels n no other international channels People there r really nice and accommodating.

We loved our stay at this place. Only two blocks from the BTS station and from there you can go everywhere. Lots of massage parlors and street food shops. I highly recommend it.

Staff very helpful. The room was good but small. Some improvement to tiny details could be made such as a ledge in shower to put soap etc rather than on floor, a mirror at desk area for use of hairdryer/make up etc.

Over all are decent with the rates, except one thing would like to mention some how need to improve sound insulation because you can hear neighbors or above talking or closing doors.

I was requested to pay for the 4 night stay for 2 rooms in cash only when we arrive, as well as $1000 cash deposit after I paid for the stay. And was told will get the receipt the next morning but I insisted to get the receipt right after we paid.

The place was very unclean it was very disappointing to even stay there, i thought it would be nice & clean. The sink , shower & toilet area was despicable the towels has soils on them. It was dusted/clean for weeks! Everything felt grimmy i did speak to staff member. I only stayed for 1 night. I would never go back. The worst experience in all of the hotels ive been too.

Good choice considering USD$2X per night
Pros: 5 mins walk from BTS Phra Khanong. 3 mins walk from W market with night food and bars and live band. Outdoor pool shared with hotel next door. Rooms are clean considering the price per night. Air con high quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cons: Hopeless water pressure when showering at night. Wifi unstable and slow.

A bit further from the city area and very quiet, but easily accessible with a short journey on the monorail. Very comfortable but no buffet breakfast.

The Thaisun hotel itself is very good and well situated for BTS skytrain. However it is unfortunately quite noisey as right next to skytrain and Sukhumvit rd. If you have a room facing the road and skytrain you will have differculty sleeping. We were used to noise so not much of an issue for us. The floor we were on had problems with the water so we were moved to another room at the rear of the hotel and immediately noticed the quietness.

ปกติไปที่ไหน มันก็อาจจะมีเช็คอินก่อนเวลาได้บ้าง อันนี้จากที่ดู คือ คนมารอเช็คอิน ไม่มีห้องที่สามารถเช็คอินก่อนเวลาได้เลย แต่ก็ยังพอเข้าใจตามเวลาเค้า แต่ได้เช็คอินบ่าย2เป๊ะ แต่ห้องคือ ไม่สะอาดเลย งง มาก แต่เวลาเช็คเอ้าท์ คือโทรตามลูกค้าทั้งๆที่ยังไม่ถึงเวลาเช็คเอ้าท์ บอกว่า ลูกค้าเช็คเอ้าท์ก่อนเที่ยงนะคะ เลยถามว่า เช็คเอ้าท์เที่ยงไม่ใช่เหรอคะ? พนักงานถึงบอกว่า เช็คเอ้าท์เที่ยงค่ะ อะไรอ่า เข้าไปในห้อง มีของลูกค้าก่อนหน้าลืมไว้ในห้อง มีเส้นผม มีรอยซอสมะเขือเทศหยด คือ มันควรจะสะอาดค่ะ แบบนี้คือ โห เฟลมาก
