The location are great. Peaceful and quiet. All staff are so friendly. Especially Miss Pany. Bus boy Brian. I can’t name all because the whole service team make you feeling so comfortable and easy. I will definitely will check in this hotel in the very near future also all my friends

This was an unfortunate experience from the outset. The hotel misplaced my main piece of luggage between my arrival and check-in time. While it was recovered, it added a great deal of unnecessary stress. Equally disruptive were the groaning and gurgling pipes in the bedroom of my suite. These caused a constant racket, making it difficult to sleep. The staff were informed of the issue and agreed it was truly a problem, but they did not take any action to correct it or change my accomodations. The staff would also not arrange for a metered taxi for my departure and insisted on only using their sedan service. The initial price for this was extortionate: 2500 baht. While this was eventually negotatied down, the whole process bookended an unpleasant stay. The redeeming qualities are the hotel's cebtral location with easy access to two metro lines and its consistent albeit unusual breakfast buffet which had Asian and Western options (does anyone eat pasta in the morning?!).

Outstanding staff at reception, in breakfast restaurant and housekeeping too. Great value for the money. Excellent location. Sits on nice soi with venues around. Street food next door. Finer restaurants nearby.

Ok for the price and location
Quite an old place. Although has kitchen, can't use it as there's no pots and pans. Ridiculously loose toilet seat which is frankly unacceptable. TV channels virtually nonexistent. Offered free coffee for not replacing towels but couldn't work out where to find it. Good gym

The staff was very kind and attentive during our stay. Check in and out easy. The pool area & gym was nice. Elevators smooth, quiet and reliable. Good wifi speed. Coffee shop in lobby top notch. The little snack bar and room has nice affordable convenience items. Balcony off room was neat. There are some stains and rust showing around the room and bathroom that is beginning to look old and outdated. Kitchen was full size and suite size very good overall.

I like the friendly service of the hotel concierge and bellboy Brian, very good friendly service. Our stay in Bangkok in The Quarter Saladaeng was excellent, esp because of their transportation service provided by Mr Tom and his manager Mr Sam. They took care of our logistics made our trip so much more pleasurable.

A bit old as a second-handed property anyway. The room assigned is old but has windows & daylight.experienced serious water dripping without swift & effective measures to fix it, suggesting the use of bucket to collect the dripping water until the following day to check again as they claimed to have full bookings. Threatened to post the video on internet & to claim damage did they manage to change room right away, inconsiderate & unscrupulous. A bit far from BTS & MRT as a long walk on a narrow & jumpy alleyway infested with rats is grueling under the hot sun & in the dark.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The negative is the hotel is old worn and aged and wi-fi was unstable out for two days, up and down, solution by management was to go to lobby for wi-fi access which is most inconvenient. The breakfast buffet was at best mediocre and repetitious.

酒店距離Saladeang大約步行8-10分鐘算可接受，房間整潔度尚可，歲月痕跡較深，感覺舊，房間門和感應燈失修，毛巾很舊尚算乾淨，有洗衣機提供洗衫但價錢比較貴，泳池不錯，健身房不錯，早餐性價比高，因便宜但比到應有食物，職員禮貌友善，但附近只得一家晚上10點關門的7仔，整體算可以既，但因為酒店舊，無翻新，價錢高，如降低返價格，性價比會拉高，下次會選擇別的

Unser Zimmer war in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem noch ansprechend und gut. Jeden Tag kostenlos Wasser im Kühlschrank. Hatte Frühstück inbegriffen, Auswahl war okay. Man muss eben im Hinterkopf haben, das Asiaten anders frühstücken, als z.B. Europäer. Daher eher "Mittagsgerichte" zur Auswahl am Buffet.

一番リーズナブルなお部屋に泊まらせて頂いたと思いますが、最上階のお部屋で明るくてとても良かったです。 また、お部屋のテレビがスマートテレビだったので、夜はベッドでお酒を飲みながら映画を母国語で見られたことも良かったです！ また周りにリーズナブルなご飯屋さんや屋台等もあったことも便利でした。

2016年から仕事でこのホテルに、年に3回、5泊程度お世話になっています。 フロントスタッフ始め、ハウスキーパー、レストランスタッフ、ドアマンほか、皆な笑顔で挨拶してくる。とても親切で、気が利く。 建屋やタオル類はちょいと古いが、その分スタッフのそのホスピタリティがカバー。そのヒューマニティーサービスで、また泊まりたくなるホテルです！

ホテルのシャトルバスがあったのですが16時までの運行だったので、夕方は駅まで10分歩かなくてはいけなかった。 TVもアンドロイドTVということで、世界のニュースを視たい時にチャンネルがなくて残念だった。部屋は広さを優先にするので古さは我慢できました。朝食はビュッフェ形式で美味しかったです。

很差的飯店
我們在12/1在這間飯店定了六間房、房號1107熱水器壞掉，1507晚上九點都還沒有打掃好，第三間我們12/6再住進去屋頂在漏水，很久才修理好，地板髒兮兮害我們一個晚上都沒辦法休息，這是一家管理非常差的飯店，平常沒有做好保養，導致我們一行人入住的時候又是沒熱水洗澡，又漏水，又有來不來不及整理，又要叫人家入住真的很差！
