Pretty mediocre property that cost more than average but didn't deliver. Front desk barely spoke any English at all and took a while to process the check in, then forgot to take my payment at first. Slow drain too.

We loved our stay here! It was very quiet and safe. It was located close to a convenience store and a shopping center with great dining options.They also had great amenities, including a ride to the BTS station, toiletries, a pool and breakfast options. Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. We would definitely return!

Great Experience!
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The only small issue we had was the smell of the ACU. Overall, the experience was great!

Room is clean and everything is ok. However, I booked junior suite but when I checked in, the reception informed room was fully booked. So They downgraded to Deluxe grand and refunded me some money.

Comfortable stay at Thomson
if you attending exhibition at BITEC, this is really the most convenient hotel to stay at. There are various free shutter to bring you to BITEC, even if you miss them, walking is only within 10min. Hotel is comfortable and clean.

Only towel
You keep the hotel clean so well, I love this. One thing the towels are old. I prefer newer one.

Great 4 bed apartment
We got in late and it was just an overnight stay on route to Koh Samui. This hotel was perfect for a family of 5 as the kids all had a room each and it was less than 20 minutes taxi ride from the airport.

10-15 min walk from BITEC
Booked the 4 bedroom apartment and it was huge! ( 2 rooms with king size bed, the other 2 with 2 single bed in each room )

Comfortable stay
Chose this hotel as it was within walking distance to BITEC for work purposes; room was clean & bed was very comfortable. Area was also quite quiet since it’s away from the city.

Nice hotel, close to Airport
We have stayed here twice and would do so again in the future. Friendly staff and clean comfortable room. Convenient location close to rail line and airport.

the property is very good. the staff is also very courteous and helpful. however the location is quite far from key tourist attractions and city center.

Rude and wanted to check in early so they charged me over the cost I spent for the the night stay just for 1 hour and made me give them a credit card number such they wrote in paper ... terrible location also good of Bangkok... sketchy rude and bad location very disappointed I usually rate very well but this was ridiculous.
