Nice lobby and staff,room is so-so for quick night
The lobby and staff was very nice. But the room was a bit dirty plus run down a bit. Conner in shower was mold and bed is hard.

We went on an NYE cruise from Asiatique pier and it was an easy walk back to the hotel to avoid the traffic. Breakfast was ok. No ramp at entrance for large luggage. Rooms were dated, air con temp not adjustable, showerhead broken. Would have gotten it sorted but we only stayed one night so we didn't bother. Staff were nice and we had complimentary biscuits and minibar.

Kann man machen für einfache Bedürfnisse
Von wann ist das Hotelfoto??? Es hat eine schlichte, farbige Fassade, von der massiv der Putz bröckelt. Zimmer sind einfach und sauber. Frühstück ist prima. Der Pool ist unbenutzbar in praller Sonne, Wasser kocht! Kein Schaten, kein Schirm, nix! Auf der Flussseite toller Blick auf den Chao Phraya.

underwhelming...
no bellboy, and no easy-access ramp up to the hotel - which means you have to deal with stairs, which is a challenge for elder people, as well as family with prams/strollers and luggage. the hotel room we got given (14th floor) was quite old. the wardrobe was jammed, and could not be closed without wacking it crazily. there was no safety deposit box, which I find quite shocking for a hotel with this rating and review level. and the bathroom was quite derelict too - with visible stains on the shower curtain as well as shower ceiling. the above is quite in contrast to the relatively modern look of the lobby and breakfast areas - which makes me suspect that we were given a room on a non-renovated floor. If that is the case, it's probably a poor call... good enough for an overnight stay - but nothing more.

Stayed there for a night. Customer service is great but room is decent size but need cosmetic touch up. Breakfast was decent but limited choices. Nice view of the riverfront.

We stay here every trip to Bangkok
We enjoy staying here every time we travel to Bangkok. The hotel is close to Asiatique. It is near the BRT and BTS. The international breakfast buffet is good. There are several coffee/cafe choices. The price is a good deal for a good hotel.

i guess all the facilities need to be refurbished. Restaurant look dark and very old. The breakfast variety is need to be change. If you stay there for 1 week its mean you will have the same breakfast for the whole week. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Service was good, very helpful staff. Food was good in the restaurant, breakfast was a little cold if you go down around 8 o’clock but they will cook you eggs or omelette. Overall good hotel.

not enough staff for service, i ask for my room many times from 3pm i arrived to 4 pm i just​ get my room. room is property clean and medium comfort. extra drinking water very high price at 70 bht for 600ml mineral water.

We plan to provide iron and iron board at the coin laundry and they should be available soon. Normally we provide 2 sets of coffee and tea, but if you want some more we can provide that to you and if you inform us upon check in we would have our housekeepers to prepared them for you. Hotel, 3 star! ONLY (Australian stars)
The hotel decor needs an uplift. The bed linen was old and seams were coming apart. The WIFi was hopeless. The breakfast buffet was so basic and repetitive - okay if you stayed for a night or two. The only positive side to this place is quite central to Asiatique Market, MBK Plaza and Bangrak Market. The staff were very pleasant and always obliging. Thanks to the Manager for allowing us a late checkout. Good budget hotel!
