"The hotel is in an amazing location! We very much enjoyed our stay and would come back. The only critique I have is that the hotel layout can be confusing. Only one elevator goes to the basement level but there’s no sign that indicates that. Also, there is a stairway to the pool and hot tub that is visible from many of the rooms so it looks like it’s the exit to the main outside area. "We loved the glamping experience! We also loved the facilities that were available for us! We greatly appreciated that they gave you firewood and ice (5lbs bags) for free. Other places we have statues would have charged for all of these perks! Terramor was also convenient for being able to get to the places wanted to Bar Harbor, Acadia, without too much hassle! Would definitely recommend this place as well as stay here again!"
