I need to bring up the issue of stay in the hotel . I booked superior room which queen size bed . But I saw 2 single bed joint together which I unable to sleep whole nite becoz the bed keep moving at times. I waste my one night stay there . Possible hotel .com can compensate me for one night stay ? Thank u

Nice hotel quiet and clean but hotel needs to improve on transportation and amenities such as food and some taxi service or shuttle.

L Hotel Entertainment
The first room was quite scary, but they changed the room for us and it was much better after that. They have great Wi-Fi. Which made working on the trip very easy.

The bed is dirty. Suddenly 1 cockroach appear on The bed!! Water is cold. Sometimes is hot only .

Chinese New Year at L Hotel Entertainment
Quite near to BCS and Penuin market. That is our favourite place to shop and have our meals. I like the nasi padang from Rumah makan Irama.

Disappointing stay
Room was quite small in sized and I kicked the bed frame quite a few times. At night it was quite difficult to sleep due to the disco at level 1. Breakfast was below average

The hotel location is a bite in away from the main road.room are comfortable to stay .clean .it good to have facilities like spa/massage. Nightclub and karaoke.

Can be improved but still quite okay
Some lights were spoilt and cannot be fixed. Staff is friendly and provided 2x transport to and fro the ferry terminal to pick a friend up. However, the driver misunderstood that I am leaving and left me there along with my friend. The spa is closed and not working.

We already request the hairdryer b4 check In and the second day ,they say will prepare to us waiting until the last day also don't have.facilities also so so... spa hot spring broken still want to wait them prepare almost 1 hour . they like to give customer waiting .even the counter have more than 3 person they only serve a customer
