Cheap, Not Fancy, Friendly Staff
For a cheap Hotel it is fine. The room is good, except the floor was a bit sticky. Reception is good. The rooftop bar/cafe was also good.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The corridors are in poor condition and give a unfavourable impression. The carpets in the corridors need replacing and the walls need repainting. If you want a cheap hotel with friendly staff and don't mind the condition of the corridors, it is a good choice. I give full marks to the staff and manager.

Location is good , very Calm and I enjoy my stay , only one thing I have to highlight the bath Towels have stains in it and also looks very old . Need to change frequently. Thanks.

The room is spacious, nice and aircon is good. It might be better if they provide fridge.

Very nice clean and quite...good for couple who want to have privacy! Only breakfast is limited n not so good...not many variety of food to choose from!

Everything is good only the location not really good . Need to take taxi if need to buy food and there is no mini mart or restaurant near by.

Nice and comfortable bed, chekin proceess was fast but upon checkin in, no info given which room number, how to get to the room, location of breakfast area. the staff just write it down and have gave me. I think a bit of conversation will help.

Electricity was powered off when I did not managed to extend on time my stay n security stood outside my room waiting for me to vacate.
Frankly I was disappointed when I check in . Reason is when I book hotel.com said there is a mini bar in standard room but the hotel staff said NO mini bar in standard room unless u upgrade the room need to pay extra 60000 rupiah which I paid , I did show the staff the evidence about mini bar but there still can't except it . Can hotel .com please updated your system so that people book not be misunderstanding. Thank you

We book two rooms both rooms the aircon not working well. Vry hot and stuffy. Even we complain to the management
WIFI was totally not working on the first day, no one could tell us why. Room door lock was faulty, door could not lock/open but subsequently fixed. need to call and remind reception to send technician up 3 times before the person appear at our door. hotel's surroundings has got nothing much. room is clean.
Was rather impressed with the hotel and room condition. Breakfast could been abit more diverse but taste wise was Pretty good. I would visit this hotel again on my next visit
Good experience. However, my siblings and I (3 couples altogether)had to cut short our stay, (one night only instead of 2 nights) as my sister's grand daughter passed away. (She is one of us). I asked the hotel staff but they were not sure if I could get a refund for the second night. As we were in a hurry, I could not resolve the issue. Your advise please.
I am surprised but happy to see that the hotel lived up to my expectation. Ideal for resting & sleeping. For shopping may have to travel a bit more. Room is clean. However there is a strong cigarette smell that stays onto my clothes, despite it being a non-smoking room & I supposed non-smoking floor. This is the only disturbing factor that the hotel must rectify.

The stay was ok, but breakfast would have been better with more items.. too early to have food to finish.. Rather than that the staff were polite and friendly.. expecting for more in near future..
The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. A cosy hotel for couples where you can find privacy.
The room is tidy and clean. No problem getting to Nagoya Mall or any shopping place. The bellboy will help you hail a taxi within minutes.
Will book again.
