Stayed in what was effectively the annex part of the property. Room was clean and well maintained. Parking is on a first come basis but seemed to be a reasonable amount of spaces. Stayed a couple of nights as was working in the area and would likely choose it again if working here again.

We stayed for one night to celebrate our anniversary. The staff especially Ellie were all friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and comfy bed with a great view of the mill. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and tasted great. Great location out of the hustle and bustle with easy to use bus service. We would definitely come again.

Loved the room we were in we overlooked the mill wheel and fields. We found the Mill wheel relaxing and lovely to go to sleep hearing the water. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here and would return for another stay.

Beautiful room overlooking River Avon, everything working order, TV, Hairdyer, Kettle, Shower, has USB charging facilities, a safe, fridge. The staff were friendly and accommdating, gave good suggestions for places to visit, they have a lovely italian restaurant within the hotel and there are breakfast ootions, surrounding area is beautiful. 5 minute walk to bus stop which takes you to Bath Town Centre within 20 minutes. Overall brilliant accommodation and hotel staff.

We had previously stayed at this hotel and loved it hence why we booked again. But this time we were at the front of the property, the room was a lot smaller and very noisy. The staff and breakfast made up for it though

Biggest mistake
There were drunk guest partying until 3am outside our room . Hotel clearly was NO where to be found . We called several times and went to the office where we couldn’t locate anyone..

Old mill to bath
From check in to check out everyone was so efficient and polite. Thank you. Good location for Bath city centre, 10 mins on the bus. Visited Bristol by train, again super easy.

Nice hotel great views of river Shame both country pubs next to hotel were closed down one due to flooding Was 45 min straight walk into city CENTRE of bath Breakfast at hotel was lovely one of the nicest I’ve had I had a gluten free full English Staff and reception staff very friendly and welcoming Don’t go past toll bridge we came from Coventry it’s a slight left at toll bridge I almost missed it and went over toll bridge Best coffee in bath CENTRE was at Rosario’s try the Rosario coffee We had a nice relaxing 2 nights here and will stay again but will get a river view Thanks :)

A nice stay for our anniversary, we got upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise. Receptionist was friendly and the rooms were nice enough. Comfy bed and a nice view. Breakfast was really nice and good options

It’s the second time we have stayed at the old mill Hotel we always get very well looked after the staff are amazing and always very friendly nothing is to much trouble we look forward to staying again in the summer of 24 it is a great location and we highly recommend thanks for a wonderful stay Mick & Ali Watts x

We immediately received a room upgrade upon arrival. All aspects of this stay were first class. Enjoying the river view at breakfast time was a highlight. We could have stayed there all day.

The hotel was comfortable but not the cleanest there were bugs in the room, the towels smelt and there were mo toiletries. The kettle was old and had a lot of limescale build up. Staff were friendly and helpful. The views were stunning and spectacular. May not book again though based on the room

Disappointing overall
We paid £170 for a room in the sort of prefab room they use for temporary accommodation. It smelt musty when we went inside & we had issues with the plumbing. The beds were comfortable & the breakfast was adequate. Staff were very helpful.

A welcome break
A nice place for a short stay with family, visiring the sights of Bath. Great views from the dining room. Good help-yourself breakfast. Bedroom wall a bit thin (resonant voices next door...). Tiny problems mentioned (reading light bulb needing replacement, leek in shower seal) were noted down carefully by reception staff, ready for action. Good positive approach, much appreciated. One minus: on booking app no additional charge for parking was mentioned. This should be clear at the outset.

Convenient for the city
The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The main building is a bit tired. We stayed in one of the 'motel' type room which OK, but a bit tired too, and noise travelled from other rooms. Good proximity to the city with only a couple of minutes walk to a bus stop. Good price for the location. Great buffet breakfast. I will probably use again.
