This hotel is spotlessly clean and has excellent staff. The beds and pillows were really comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good - excellent coffee, reasonable selection of options.

Was pleasantly surprised by the oversized refrigerator, cooktop, dishes, etc. Nice home away from home!

Property was average for the price. A little difficult to get to due to current construction. Breakfast ran out before 8 a.m. This is unacceptable because travelers plan their itineraries based on breakfast availability. The simple courtesy of an apology would have gone a long way, but the manager was brusque and unapologetic, saying that breakfast is complimentary. This may be so, technically, but it is paid for in the price of the room. Manager made no effort to have her staff bring out more food for the many disappointed travelers. Even the coffee machine had run dry. It’s possible that the large group of young men whom we saw checking in before us depleted the breakfast before the rest of the travelers got there, but this hotel did not have the capability for or interest in accommodating for that.

Nice play to stay. However some of the fixtures are already showing the cheap ess associated with Days Inn. The overall look is clean. But corners throughout the hotel are dusty. The obvious areas are clean. But just one layer deeper, highlights the need yo clean more. The kitchenette is a nice addition as well.

Nice hotel, clean and great value. The night shift front desk woman had zero personality, was unfriendly, and seemed inconvenienced having to be at work ((4/1/2024 @6:30pm). Management should address her performance (or lack of, in this case). The morning shift front desk woman was very nice and friendly. For folks arriving to this hotel from the west, be advised that construction makes it a bit tricky to get to. We would stay here again, regardless.
