I had 2 rooms. Rooms had bed bugs and roaches. Staff changed us in different room and it had roaches also. We left and had to go to another hotel for the night. We have stayed at this facility several years and it was good. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY HERE. They need to be shut down.

The room we booked was unsanitary Mold all over the bath tub cushions on the couch was stained ! Carpet felt a bit damp ! We went to the desk and they gave us another room ! Bath tub had mold in it too ! The tubs coating was coming off ! Was unable to take a shower ! At checkout we made our dissatisfaction known to the clerk when we were telling her what was wrong she just nodded in agreement! If I could get my money back from them it would’ve been nice !!! They offered no recourse whatsoever! After reading others reviews this has been going on for quite sometime ! Never staying in a Wyndham hotel again!

Place was disgusting. Cockroaches crawling all over the room and dining area. Smelled of mold and wouldn't bring clean towels or empty trash. Had to go get my own trash bags. Stains everywhere. Very disgusting and will NEVER go back!

Room was disgusting. We paid the $80 for the room, we’re kind of already rethinking it, went upstairs, seen the room, and we left. Room stunk like cigarettes, ashes in the couch, burn marks everywhere and the pillows were stained so bad. PLEASE don’t waste your money! We left 20 minutes after arriving!
