"The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. I think the rate is high for now , once the property is completed it would definitely be a place id go back to. "

"Stayed here our first night of our Honeymoon. Beautiful place with your own private balcony. The owner even hooked us up with someone "KenShan Tours" to pick us up at the airport, take us to dinner, and then take us to the ferry where we stayed on Caye Caulker for the rest of the week. Highly recommend this place for your adventure in Belize. "
