"Budget friendly stay in Batemans Bay. Great place to stay for couples as well as families. Great location with great BBQ area, plenty activities for children. The villa is clean, roomy, good kitchen area, however the air-condition unit and bed mattress had seen better days. My partner found the bed quite uncomfortable. The air-condition unit is noisy and not heating that well. "
