The hotel was very nice, the location excellent, and the staff was helpful and efficient. The parking area is several levels below the hotel and there does not seem to be any security (no emergency phones or alarms in the garage area). The entrance to the hotel from the garage is through the (empty) ballroom to an elevator and there is nobody from the hotel in evidence. Anyone can enter the ballroom area from the parking area-- one doesn't need a keycard. I don't know if a cell phone has a signal that far below street level. Hotel guests who park there should exercise situational awareness....
