"Great location, near to everything you need - mall, restaurants, hospital, market etc. Value for its price. Friendly staff and overall good service. What I didn’t like is the electricity that went on and off for about 3-4 times a day. Also needs to improve on the cleanliness of room coz we had housekeeping on our 2nd day coz of ants but still there when we came back. "

"Beautiful and clean hotel. Staffs are friendly and efficient, excellent customer service, they all need a raise.😁. Breakfast buffet is delicious. The only downside is the shower is a little weird, it drains slowly and hot water is an issue, but I think cold shower is also good for your body anyway, it's healthier. But overall, I had an amazing stay, I hope they will maintain the property well so it will not deteriorate overtime just like other hotels because I will for sure stay here next time I visit Legazpi. "

"This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge added if your order is before 10pm. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. "

"I travelled with my wife and I really enjoyed my stay here. I even booked another extra room for my mother-in-law. Beds are comfy, rooms are clean and smell good. The staff are great and there was one bell boy who didn’t accept a tip and he said it’s his job to be of service. I asked for another tube of shampoo because they come in small tube and I was given at once, no problem at all. Staff are great. There’s a manager there too (we supposed) who helped us secure another day booking even though they are already full. She was friendly and always all-smile! Will recommend this property to my families and friends. Great job Uma! "

"They have their own vegetable garden and you get to eat what is currently in season. A stones throw away from the start point for whale shark watching and also Whale shark adventures and tours, where you can do a number of various tours around the region. Would highly recommend."

"Misibis Bay has improved so much based on previous years customer reviews I read. The staff services , cleanliness and the refreshing smell of the Villa room and all its linens and robes are very soothing . The quiet serene place is pure relaxation. I truly appreciate ALL the staff communication, excellent service in catering to my family private dinner by the beach in celebration of my 50th birthday . All 17 of my family were served with delicious 5 course gourmet plated dinner in a very timely manner , well decorated long table and well mannered staff . I love the huge bonfire wood set up that they surprised me . There are so much excellent things and meaningful experiences we had and would like to share to others so they too would experience the same . I wish to go back to this lovely place and be pampered again . We love you Misibis Bay staff . We are so grateful for the wonderful time and experiences you made us feel so special. It is embedded forever in our memories. "
