We enjoyed our entire stay. We were greeted warmly by Will and he made sure we had the best room. The entire staff was well trained and very friendly. Good shopping and restaurants.

There was a young kid at the front desk that was a pleasure to speak with, I believe his name was Charlie. If you need food recommendations for the area be sure to talk with him!

Very well located with ample dining and shopping options. Parking on site for $15. Rooms are comfortable although the glass partitions in the bathroom are not optimal.

The hotel is very tired and getting run down. My room 511 appeared to have had the door kicked in and was still damaged upon my being there

It was my first time staying and it was for my wife's birthday weekend. We both loved it and Charlie was amazing. He made sure we felt comfortable for the little time that we were there. I can't wait to go back again

The hotel lobby, hallways, and room were clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel is full of restaurants and shops. Issues: the HVAC unit was SO loud, the housekeeping staff started knocking at 9:30 am, and the hotel tried precharging my cc when the reservation was pay at arrival.

Deplorable. Charged the card I gave them for "incidental" for the full price of the room. I only approved a $25 hold. Will not answer telephone or email.

Over all I had a good experience everyone was nice and professional, especially the front desk. My biggest issue was house keeping . By 530 pm on Friday I had to ask for towels and bed was never attended . On Saturday room was cleaned , BUT My bed was made Without sheets being changed, I had spilled something it was stained and they just made it up dirty.

Good value. The price was good for the hotel. I have stayed at nicer hotels in Birmingham but paid twice as much. I would stay here again. The location was good and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful Family Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everyone was amazing. Plenty of parking. So much within walking distance. Great experience for the whole family. We played games in the lobby in the evenings. Full bar and excellent service from Terry. It was a great experience and lots of greal memories made. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Birmingham.
