The ocean view from our room in kuum hotel is phenomenal, breakfast was superb as well the lunch we had at our cabana , the staff was very helpful by reserving us a cabana right by the water , we were served delicious meals as well as cocktails. Our stay could not have been any more better than this, all thanks to the amazing manager at this hotel. She was extremely kind and ensured our stay here was perfection. Definitely will be booking our next stay here at kuum hotel in bodrum because of her impeccable hospitality.

This was a wonderfully chilled hotel that fulfilled all of our requirements for a peaceful and relaxed holiday. The staff were charming and perhaps more to the point, so were the other guests who, on occasions can turn a fabulous holiday into a miserable experience.

The hotel is very nice, we had a pleasant stay there. The rooms are spacious and modern and the sea view from our balcony was super! The breakfast had a lot of variety and the staff was always very helpful.

THE service is very very bad even they don't have any one sbake English I don't know how they get 5 star even. they look my room during the night once I come back they asking for payment for extra bed , they close the room . as normal hotel they calling you at least, and they don't but water inside the room . also the waitress ask you tip by force its very bad experience.

Great views Great place food options limited zero English language abilities by staff, but the position is not to be missed. Ebru the Guest Relations manageress is the difference between average service and great service. She smooths over the language barriers

The bed was like sleeping on a sheet of cardboard. When we complained the staff immediately brought a foam memory topper however that just made unbearable slightly tolerable. The staff is very good service wise and the veiw was excellent

Our experience in kuum hotel was amazing! The only problem we had was the bathroom. The bathroom didn’t really give us the privacy we neeeded. The staff and everyone there are so kind. We are definitely coming back to kuum hotel! It was a wonderful experience.

Beauty is not enough
The hotel is beautiful but it doesn’t have an outdoor pool or a sandy beach. The room is huge with an amazing view over the sea but the curtains are too small for the window so expect to get up very early. The television is built into a pole so it’s not movable and it’s about four to five meters from the bed. The air conditioner stopped every two hours and you need to get up and turn it on several times during the night, this happened to three other guests I know. The staff were very nice but couldn’t fix any of the problems we had. There is one restaurant and the food there was mediocre.

This would have been our 4th stay at the Kuum, and sadly it has gone down hill. The overall experience was not as we had previously experienced. Misinformation given, bad service and overall quite disappointing. We were there for three days and every night was a wedding which meant we endured the noise until early hours of the morning. We were given a room directly opposite the ceremony and party when guests attending the wedding were in rooms further away. They have also started hiring out part of the beach to people wanting to pay and spend a day, however those facilities were better than what guests recieved! Nicer day beds, towels sun loungers ... Badly organised sorry Kuum.

Rude arrogant staff, inadequate hospitality exp.
Beach staff were too inexperienced to be working for the hotels sector. They were aggressive, rude, and didn't seem to like their jobs nor the guests. Also, not a single person except for the odd guest relations employee spoke English, which leant for a horrible beach holiday experience. Condition of hotel was also poor with electrical problems and shortage of service staff. Too bad because the location, architecture and decor of the hotel is impressive. However, the staff and shabby servicing made me decide to stay elsewhere next time.

Great Hotel with beautiful view and good location.
We were pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and the beautiful surroundings of this hotel. It is on a beautiful beach, close to great nightlife and with good amenities. The management was very nice and let us have late check out. The room had beautiful view and had easy access to the beach. The Spa was excellent. I had two very professional massages.

What a lovely place! Excellent vacation spot!
Great location, beautiful beach, good food&music, friendly staff! I made a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and took him to Kuum Hotel & SPA. First of all I need to thank to the Guest Service Manager, Aybars for his help of organizing my surprise. He found me an event planner for my needs and he prepared the room just as I requested. Probably our room was the best one I could ask for. I really appreciate the complimentary wine and the fruit platter they left in our room. The SPA and the treatments were great. We picked Kuum Cenneti, it lasted 2 hours and was so good. The check-in and check-out were very quick and we even got a late check out. This hotel is a perfect vacation spot to enjoy beautiful Bodrum! Highly recommended! Thank you Kuum Hotel for an unforgettable memories.

The Good: modern designed and spacious rooms with breathtaking sea views The Bad: staff friendly but not many speak English (the case in al turkbuku) - ask for Darya and make her your go-to person, she speaks fluent English and will go the extramile to make you comfortable. She arranged a great boat trip for us and negotiated a discount on our behalf. The Ugly: slow internet connection that keeps bumping you out
