"Friendly staff with a warm welcome. Small hotel situated on a busy road. The rooms are surprisingly quiet with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is made to order and the choice was reasonable with egg dishes or noodles as well as the usual fruit and pastries. There is a spa but I did not use it so I cannot comment. "Tried to give me one bed apartment which was next to building site. Far too noisy. Bad service to even try putting a guest in such a apartment. Staff not very competent, eventually had to get hotels.com to contact manager to get moved. Property is okay, good location, but really nothing special. Pool area is not so great. Gym is okay and usable. Lots of building work going on in local area so be sure to get apartment on a high floor. "

"The hotel is conveniently located with in core city range with many walkable marts and shops. Family room with minimum required kitchen utensils was comfortable for family in case of light cooking in the dinner times. Dedicated tuk tuk driver in the doorstep is quick to understand our needs and took care of our local trips for very reasonable charges. Friendly staff and the pool area with sauna all good for family stay. "

"This place was really good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really good and the hotel is presented very nicely. They washed my clothes free of charge, loaned me a bicycle and allowed me to use a nearby pool if I'd wanted to. My only gripe is that the TV quality was really poor, but a minor thing if you're rarely in the room"

"Everyone is so friendly. We stayed here our first few days in Phnom Penh and it was so wonderful that we stayed here again on our last night in Cambodia. We stayed in on the first floor in the room on the left. The room was spacious and had tons of channels in English and good wifi and aircon. Most of the staff speak English and all are very friendly.
