"The location and views are amazing. the unit is smaller than expected and a bit cramped. The dinning area is outside and during the heavy rain we were unable to use it. Also there are a lot of trucks going past and the unit is close to the road"

"Nothing to write home about. 1. I felt the driveway needs some fixing and the parking should be closer to the units, I don’t get why it is closed when that space can be utilized. 2. The shower heads were also not good enough as water flow was not fast enough or had the right pressure. It was spraying all over."

"Very disappointing..the pictures on the net must be removed as it is false advertising..looks nothing like it..the room wasnt prepared as requested..the only plus was that the rooms and linen were clean..breakfast was included in price but only served on the morning we checked out..there was no hot water to shower..no milk to have a cup of tea on arrival...not a pleasant experience at all...i did message the owner and requested a refund for non delivery of service but to date haven't had a...

"We had a 3 night stay at Little Switzerland. The room was spacious with a patio but a little dated, the carpet was lumpy with the underfloor heating only working in parts. The bathroom was clean and spacious with a jacuzzi style bath but had a rather low end metal wash hand basin. Location is excellent with lovely hikes/ walks. Evening dinners were very good , nice selection with fair service. Poor selection .choice and service at breakfast time."

"The stay was an utter disappointment. Very very noisy guests, loud music, screaming and shouting and loud parties. Impossible to relax and enjoy the mountains. Some guests were even driving up and down with music blasting from their cars. Check in was good and security at the gate very friendly. Depending on your unit you have to carry your luggage from your car a fair distance to the chalet. They should get golf carts to assist with this. The resort should really clamp down on noisy guests day...
