AC don’t work on a hot summer day. Lobby for checking in and out have AC but for some reason they left it turned off. The staff is helpful and nice though just the facility itself. Food service on orders takes forever. The food comes out good, but to wait 40 minutes for a burger when you’re the only one who ordered is not cool, hell even a fruit shake takes 30 minutes.

Ten days prior to our stay, we reached out to the hotel to see if they offered airport transportation. They gave us a third party transport company's contact number (which we ended up booking). Upon arrival, the transport company left us (we were on time) and we had to wait for the next ride. Porters forced us to hand our luggages then demanded tips. The ferry was very crowded and hot. The car ride from the ferry terminal to the hotel was very uncomfortable. There was no space so we were sandwiched between our full sized check in luggages. All these only to find out that the hotel had their own private transport. :( As for the hotel itself, the staff were tremendous. They were really nice and accommodating. Downside were the cleanliness and the AC. There were ants when we arrived. The AC was leaking (puddles on the floor) and wasn't cooling properly.

Compare to what we experienced last year with other facilities Hernan palm was the best so far . From the transport port to the hotel, no stress at all. The foods are delicious and the staff are superb. Over all love the place and the room with direct access to the pool. See you again soon 👍

It’s too bad my family was gonna book their family reunion at this property but because of our experience here they have decided to look elsewhere.

Nice hotel, at very best would be a 4 star. Spacious hotel, fairly clean, with occasional bugs and ants in the room. Very noisy throughout the night, and the hotel staff won't interfere. Hence, you get little sleep. There is not a huge breakfast variety, and only changes few items every few days. Also, you cannot choose your own table. They also have a "no left over" food policy which can be a bit akward. Cleaning of the rooms - they will only do bed and towels, nothing else. I had to leave notes everyday for them to replenish coffee and tea amenities. The pool is ok, however , they need to clean it more often, as you can find all sorts of disgusting stuff in it. Overall is a nice hotel, prices for the room are good, has access to the beautiful beach.

I had a very nice stay! The hotel is nice, with a lot of pool (very nice the infinity one, but they have to clean the window for a better view). Another thing that needs improvement is the breakfast (there are not many choices for an european). But if il come again, I will choose this stay for sure.

If your a smoker avoid this chain of hotels. If you like loud music from morning to night this is the place for you. Very basic breakfast and same same every morning. Frankly better hotels around at half the price.

This resort met all my criteria. Located on the beach with loungers for guest use. Infinity pool on the second floor away from vendors. Delicious free breakfast buffet. Nice quiet rooms with a view and comfortable beds. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Hennan Palm Beach Resort has an excellent friendly staff service, top on facility cleanliness, My great experience started from Caticlan pick-up. These staff were organized double checking our names from their list, all drivers and lyggage carriers and boat drivers were very respectful, friendly, and always willing to help. Once we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the front desk personnel. Baggage room handlers were very service oriented. We did not ask to clean our room but always re assure to call 726 if we need anything. We had buffet every breakfast and dinner. Great selections of filipino foods, American foods, Japanese foods and more! For 5 days of staying at Hennan, we had our favorite server Ar-Jay and his zmanager Ace. These two are the best! They work very hard everynight and Ace work on morning too! I had a 2 hour massage and Tin was the best! My amazing vacation for five days and 4 nights was a memorable and will cherish forever!! I can't wait to return in October of this year or in Feb 2025! Thank you everyone!

The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. Extremely friendly and willing to help me with check-in and check-out needs. The room and property are all gorgeous. Great gym as well. Beachfront access, awesome pools, and a great restaurant. If I ever return to Boracay, I'd absolutely come here again.

This was the second Henan i tried after Sands. I will say that the main pool bar was pretty awesome to hang. Did not get to try the sky pool but will stay at this hotel again on my next visit!

Beautiful beachfront location, fantastic restaurant with a great view of the beach, and very nice pools. Restaurant staff is amazing, and they are great dancers too! Loved the food. On the other hand, the muddy bumpy dirt road leading down a long alley to the main entrance is a problem for visitors who want access to the main street area. The pool bar needs some energy...such as music and fun bartenders making creative tropical drinks. We had tiny ants in our room that came out at night, but we kept all our food in the refrigerator to minimize exposure. Hopefully that was only an issue for our room. We did have a good time but would probably choose a different location next time due to the access road. We would come back to the restaurant for sure.

Wonderful location, excellent property. Mere feet away from some of the clearest beach water you’ll ever see. My only wish is that the gym stayed open later than 6 pm, as I sometimes can’t get a workout in until later in the evening.

I really liked the interior of the building with the pools. Will have to try to get a room on the first floor with direct access to a pool next time. The road (or alley) to the resort could use some work so it's not so bumpy.

I like the hotel nice and cleans. The road to Henann has a pothole from the main road to the hotel and rough ride. If you have back problem, stay away. The counter staff are not helping or give the advice to my needs. I asked to brake 1000pesos she flat out said no change. She could tell me to go to the bar or restaurant for the changes. I am frequently Boracay vacationing. Henann regency are the best compared to this one.
