"Our first time to Boston and came across this place by accident. Friendly welcome on arrival. The venue doubles as a bar and hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious and have plenty of amenities including iron/hairdryer/table top fan and even a microwave. There is private access separate to the bar of needed. "

"This was the second time we have stayed here. It is a hotel in a listed building. The rooms are a little smaller than you might like but are very well presented. A listed building, so no air conditioning, small windows, no views and no lift. Bedrooms are all on the first floor so no good if you can't get up stairs. Would have been nice if the young man in reception had offered to help with the luggage as we were obviously pensioners. Location is perfect, just a walk across a bridge...

"This magnificent building has been refurbished to an incredibly high standard. Our room was superb, very well equipped and extremely comfortable. Parking right outside the front door at £4.00 for 24Hrs. A tip; when you drive out, don't try to go out the same way as you come in as there are spikes to prevent you from doing so. You actually drive out through what looks like it is the church grounds."
