The weekend we visited was graduation weekend and hotel rooms were overpriced all throughout the city. Having said that this property felt very safe. Our room was very quiet for restful sleep. The mattress was very comfortable. This property is obviously brand new and we learned the level of AC Hotel amenities, or lack thereof. My husband and I like to stay at Marriott properties that have food options and a lounge that is open for Bonvoy members. This is not your hotel for that. There is a nice buffet, and snacks at the front desk both at your expense. There is a free coffee urn by the front desk. This hotel is on the rail line. The walk to the rail line is really sweet and is a wooded pathway, that bicyclist and joggers utilize. You do not want to walk this part late at night. We were given great advice by a rail worker to walk along the highway path coming back at night. Otherwise, no complaints.

The place was clean and it is very much a hotel for business people. You live out of suitcase. My biggest issue was my door lock did not work probably because they needed to pry it open at some point. It would take to long to fix that night and no open rooms. They did fix the next day. The train station is close but that is all you can really walk to. Pricing for food was way too high. Also parking was same price for the day as if in the city.

The hotel is very nice, and good location, it is a little bit noisy from being close to the highway the staff was awesome, specially Mike at front desk went the extra mile! I would come back no doubt

No criticism of the actual hotel, but the location was... weird. We stayed in a hotel in a business park where it was located among many business towers. Was very confusing when we came in. Heck, the road on the way in had signs saying 'DO NOT ENTER' like it was a traffic violation. Somebody should fix that.

Thanks for the feedback. While admittedly our location is a bit unique, our close proximity to Alewife T Station makes it quick & easy to access downtown Boston, once you get here, or course :)

This hotel is a great option to experience the city while avoiding exorbitant downtown hotel prices. It is virtually adjacent to the Alewife Red Line Terminus located in a safe, clean and quiet neighborhood. A half hour gets you downtown for $2.40 where you can access several sports, entertainment and shopping venues. I hesitate to give this hotel such a good review in the event I want to return to discover it is fully booked! It is new, clean and quiet with good coffee and windows that open.

The initial time I lodged at this establishment, I encountered a situation where there was no hot water available, resulting in an uncomfortable cold shower. Following my two-day stay, I contacted the hotel and conversed with a manager, expressing my concerns as I planned to return for another business trip. My primary objective was to ensure the availability of hot water for the shower and to address the issue of being charged a substantial amount. The manager assured me that he would investigate the matter and provide a follow-up, but regrettably, he never followed through on his promise. While the hotel itself is pleasant, the staff's lack of assistance and professionalism contradicts the positive image they project, the food is substandard, and the overall experience is empty. They need new management that actually cares. Consequently, I do not recommend choosing this establishment for your stay.

Hotel was regular. Rooms were not done every day. and the sofa was intended for sleeping but it was not confortable at all. The surroundings are really nice, a national reserve by a river, but far from shops and station.
