My only complaint is that there were not enough staff for room service. A very small complaint in the entire stay.

Our stay was close to the T and not far from Suffolk University and Harvard, the two schools we were touring. The gym was a bit small and there was no swimming pool. However, everything else was great!

Fantastic property. Bar/restaurant on site has excellent choices. Rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is easy (but runs at the standard Boston rate of around $50 per night). Happy with my stay

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The bathroom floor was the only area that looked dirty. I received a call late Friday night/Saturday morning from the front desk for a noise complaint. This is the first time it occurred. If there was in the description that there was a noise ordinance or curfew, then there would have been no issue. This was the only downside of my stay with my wife.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Meridian Boston Cambridge. We were off to a great start with the warm welcome from the reception and baggage handlers. Being greeted with a glass of wine was very unique and very special. Our room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location suited our purpose as we were meeting a group nearby. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast very much and also had some wonderful food items and cocktails in the evenings at the lobby bar. The all day free coffee at reception was very much appreciated as were the free warm cookies at various times. The staff in every part of the hotel were all very personable. It was definitely the staff that made this stay most memorable. I’ve stayed at some very luxurious hotels over the years and have never come across such a wonderful hotel team. Every single person we met was pleasant and professional and all provided excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel to those needing Cambridge accommodations.

This stay was for the purpose of attending Harvard Business School's annual private equity and venture capital conference.
I was able to prepare well in the relatively detached area of the lobby (almost a library) and well rested also.

The hotel was very clean and in a nice location. The toilet in our room was a bit funky, sounded like it was screaming any timed it was flushed. Our room had a connecting door to another room and we could hear everything from the guests which was not pleasant. Also the elevators in the parking garage next to the hotel were not working.
