This place was disgusting in so many ways. Carpets were stained and gross the room had a bad smell. Beds were wrinkled. I asked for another room and they gave me one but, it was the same except the smell was better. If I had to stay for more then one night I would have walked out. These rooms are over $100 a night. You would get the same quality as a cheap hotel off the highway for a lot less. The place was so gross we didn’t even want the breakfast in the morning. Shame on you RADISSON!!!!!!!!!!!

The location is convenient, close to highway and just off a main route in Bowling Green. There is plenty of parking in the hotel lot too. The breakfast was ok for a complimentary offering. The young man who worked the evening/night shift reception was great. Unfortunately, the same can not be said of the day shift receptionist, who was rude and had the practiced customer service skills of a toddler; they turned their back to me and mocked my complaint about our assigned rooms cleanliness. Commenting "if you don't like the carpet in there you wont like any room I give you". The room carpets are stained with all manner of substances - including blood! The first room we had had stains on the walls, furniture and floor; garbage under the couch, damage (dents and marks that were not minor) to walls and the Air-con unit was covered in dust/debris, the tv and bed headboard were thick with dust/dirt, even the closet had food debris on the floor. The carpets in the communal areas were in some places (elevators) a trip hazard. Obtained a new room morning of day 2. (after the laughable customer service). The carpet in this room was as bad, if not worse (two blood spots on carpet as well this time), but at least had been dusted/wiped down. Alas, when inspected further there was a mysterious stain on the bed top sheet, numerous marks on the bathroom furniture (toothpaste?), the bathroom door and frame were filthy with stains and water damage to walls. Stay anywhere else than here.

our room was filthy bed sheets were old and gray the comforter had a huge twelve inch tear across top I did not notice until the next morning that there was a three inch blood spot on side of fitted sheet when I woke in morning there was small black looked like pepper sprinkled were I had slept I am worried about bugs carpets dirty and garbage under bed and dresser elevator filthy also hallway carpets dirty no ice machines on floor tv did not work for first two hours and we did not receive a receipt when we paid which bothered us because we could not verify the charge we were disgusted with our stay

Carpet in our room was pretty disgustingly stained, shower curtains too short so water from shower was all over the floor, bed sheets didn’t fit and kept coming off. They only offer service in the rooms after 3 days however our towels had to be used to get the floor dry after showering. Staff not very friendly. Some friendlier than others

This property could go for a deep clean and general update. It’s fairly run down. The vents in the room were dirty. The curtains were broke and would not completely close. They could not give us an extra blanket because they were out.

They put me in a handicapped room! First floor next to the lobby. Horrible! I’ ve been staying only at Country inn’s in Kentucky and Indiana for work the last 8 years. I will not stay at this one again.

Look elsewhere in Bowling Green!
Hotel is in poor condition-see attached photos. We were very disappointed at the overall condition of the room. The check-in girl appeared to have just woken up or was stoned. We checked in around 7:30 pm. The hotel was quiet. Bed appeared clean and was comfortable. Bathroom floor was STICKY and the carpet in the room was absolutely filthy.

Couch look like something chewed it open.
Multiple holes in the couch. Did a cat claw this?
Note the cobwebs in the window. It’s been awhile since anyone really cleaned the room.

Don’t stay here!
Hotel was disgustingly dirty. Even my son would not use the pool because it was that gross. The staff was extremely rude. We will not stay here again and I would never recommend it to anyone!

Never again!
The first room we were given was so musty smelling and the carpet was filthy, we requested another room. Although the next room did not smell quite so musty, the carpet was very, very dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty too. The thermostat was broken.

The people at the front dest were not friendly, and the first room was musty smelling so i asked for a different room and that room was just as smelly and dirty. Would never go there again.

Checked in for a two night stay with my three children while we had family in town for the holidays. Front Desk was nice, polite, and answered all of the questions I had for her. Overall great initial experience. Got to the room and immediately realized that I made a bad decision. Pulled out the couch for my child to sleep and it was dirty. I had to call the front desk for new bedding. I had to send my daughter down as she wouldn't bring it to us. Next thing we noticed is that the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. We had to clean it ourselves as we couldn't get anyone to do it. Couldn't sleep all night the first night as the walls are thin and the people next door were having a "marathon" so to speak. We just kept to ourselves the rest of the stay. Most of it was spent away from the room. When I called about the issues there was no one who would rectify any of them. I'm local and this is disappointing when I recommended my family to stay there.

We arrived for check in and we’re not greeted right away but that’s okay. When the girl comes up maybe 5 mins later she doesn’t even greet us. I just look at her and say I’m checking in. Never not been greeted before. She pulled up info on a screen in front of me and just sits there. I said to I need to do something on the screen. She’s like yes. Seriously? It’s obviously a family run business as there was what looked like maybe her mother and grandmother there along with a dog behind the front desk. There was a very large spill in the lobby that I pointed out to this girl a little later and said I just wanted to warn you so no one falls and hurts themselves like my elderly parents. She barely acknowledged me. Came down for breakfast the next morning and it had not been cleaned up. It just dried up and left a sticky mess. Carpet in the hallways is not installed properly and my dad who walks with a cane was having trouble with it.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well thought out. The bed and linens were very nice. . We had our Siberian Husky with us. The pet fee was reasonable and they had plenty of places to walk her in grass. A nice place to stay in Bowling Green, KY.

Appears to have tried to update, but they definitely took the cheap way out by just trying to cover things with paint. Carpet was stained. The sink had mold. Mattress was uncomfortable.

Bad Faith Hotel!
No cable service - No TV! No Internet! The front desk knew of these problems and said people were working on them. So, we checked in. Found out soon thereafter that cable people had already left. It was about 1:30 pm. We deserve a HALF REFUND!

The cable company had to leave to work on a line down the road. The worked continuously on this issue that got restored this morning around 9am. so sorry for the inconvenience.,
