"Second time I've stayed here and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Great staff. Stunning hotel. Smells incredible. Rooms are lovely and everything you need is catered for. Central location for shopping, theatre and restaurants. Room service tip top. Can't fault it!! Two nights in a junior suite. Feels like I've had a proper break. Thanks guys we will be back."

"My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Harrogate was excellent from start to finish. The hotel’s location is fantastic, making it easy to explore Harrogate and enjoy everything the town has to offer. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided all the comfort you’d expect from a quality hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the shower was powerful and consistently hot – always appreciated after a long day. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and everything fresh and well presented. What really stood out, though, was the friendliness of the staff. Everyone I encountered was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it delivered everything you’d hope for from a top-quality hotel: excellent service, cleanliness, comfort, and a great atmosphere. A wonderful stay and somewhere I would happily return to in the future."

"Hotel was cheap so didn't expect 5 star stuff, room was adequate but did have a lingering smell of pee about it, hairdryer was broken and the shower curtain was stained and needed changing. Staff were polite and helpful."

"I have been back to the Norton grange hotel for a fifth time now and still enjoy going there. It never changes , as in it's staff are helpful and friendly the rooms are clean and spacious and comfortable the restaurant is very good with a great menu and tasty food. Lastly the amenities although I didn't get chance to use them are great .....there is a nice big pool a gym and sauna , steam etc they have it all. I will definitely be back again soon. 😊"
