“Very good value, staff very helpful and clean rooms”

Location needs to be defined better as there are 5 off ramps for the area and we had to have the locals direct us to the hotel which was 3 off ramps away. The hotel location was quiet and clean. Restaurants were not in abundance just a sports bar near by we had to drive about 10 minutes to find the suggested restaurant by the front desk clerk. The food was very good.

“Will stay again”

This was the first time we stayed at the Wingate...we were very pleased. Everything was very clean and the service was good. The breakfast was very tasty...we will definitely stay again.

“Very Helpful and Courteous Staff - Will recommend”

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and orderly. Staff were friendly, helpful and very courteous. We were very pleased with everything except the pool and hot tub were a little outdated. Overall experience was very good. I would recommend this to others.

“ALWAYS A GREAT PLACE TO STAY”

I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE FRONT DESK CLERK, TERESA. SHE WAS SWAMPED, BUT NEVER LOST HER SMILE. I ASKED FOR EXTRA PILLOWS AS MY HUSBAND USES OXYGEN AND NOT ONLY DID SHE DELIVER, SHE CALLED A COUPLE HOURS LATER TO CHECK IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING ELSE AND IF WE WERE OKAY. THE NEXT MORNING, THE SAME GIRL WAS DOING THE BREAKFAST BAR. I ASKED HER IF SHE WAS THERE 24/7 AND SHE WAS JUST AS CHEERFUL AND HELPFUL ON SUNDAY MORNING AS SHE WAS ON SATURDAY NIGHT. MANAGEMENT DEFINITELY NEEDS TO KEEP THIS GIRL ON STAFF.

Bufflo Wild Wings was the only restaurant in the area...offered VERY bad service. It would be nice if the hotal offered a restaurant.

At check in the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. When we checked out Sunday morning the desk clerk was not friendly at all and did not say anything to us.

“An Unexpected Find”

After staying at several disappointing hotels nearby in Fairmont, WV during our frequent trips to see family in Pennsylvania, we were pleasantly surprised to find this Wyndham hotel. The room was spacious and clean. It will definitely stay on our list for our next trip up north.
