A well located large and modern hotel close to most everything you need on vacation, lots of shops, restaurants and pubs just outside the door; very nice public areas. Paid parking is available below hotel. We booked a Superior Double Room Partial Sea View, the first night we had room 410 assigned which was absolutely tiny (maybe 200ft2) and in my opinion it didn't fit that description nor the amount I paid for it (over C$500/night); Next day after a complaint they gave us a different room of same grade which was 2 or 3 times the size and very comfortable; it left a poor opinion in my mind.

Excellent stay here, location is perfect with the back door leading to the lanes and the front door leading to the beach. Ken the concierge was very welcoming and friendly!

Location of hotel is great being at the base of the lane. Be careful, a lot of the rooms are interior looking over the lobby rather than outside. Hotel is clean and rooms very comfortable. The hotel lobby is a bit soulless but Brighton isn’t so get out and explore!

The concierge was very helpful (Ken) at making suggestions for places to see in Brighton. The hotel itself is located right in the heart of key things such as the pier, many restaurants and The Lanes are right out their door. They are also 2 minutes away from the bus terminal that can take you to both major airports for a reasonable charge.

We loved our stay for a girl’s trip to Brighton. It was fantastic. The only challenges were the toilet in our room would not flush and our shower had no hot water.
