"The biggest challenge with this property is the parking. I knew this before I arrived as I had read several reviews so I thought I was prepared. When checking into most hotels you expect to park in front by the entrance, not the case here. There is a roll up door around the corner that you have to find first. Once entering you follow the signs to the reception desk. No real designated parking for this that I could find. My issue arrived with the strong accent of the very sweet young lady...

"Online booking was efficient. Face to face at the reception was friendly. Quiet area. Our car was parked in off street parking. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to our original booking. The take away pizza from the restaurant was great. All in all our experience of this Hotel and Canberra was excellent and made a memorable time away for us."
