Just average, run down. Cleaning staff were useless. The bar was never open. It was dark, noisey and there were children running around way to late in the evening.

IF you are looking for a quiet stay, DO NOT stay here. Kids running along corridors from as early as 5.30 am. People with loud tv's and their doors open, parties in rooms. I had to go and buy ear plugs to get some sleep.
The actual room was clean and a great size.

Good location in the Redlands Coast, close to transport, restaurants and attractions. The room was large and spotlessly clean.

In order for the air conditioner to work you must insert the power key into the slot. If you have done this and it still doesn't work, head to reception and we will instantly investigate this for you. The remote may have needed new batteries.

I will never stay there again and I will never recommend it to anyone, the Police were there both days as "vulnerable people" are housed there - the place was way overpriced for what we got.s. It is more like a $100/night hotel rather than $220/night ... although the rooms were clean, it had a dirty and neglected smell about it. Needs a refurb (urgently).

The room was in very poor condition. The hotel's website show's a sparkling pool, however the pool water was green. A disappointing stay.

We've just had the whole premises sprayed on Tuesday this week therefore this won't be a problem for future guests. We've also fixed the back door handle that broke off during your stay as well. We're unsure of how that happened but we have not charged you for it. The Motel pictures look good, but it is very old and tired and things appear to have been fixed cheaply. The carpet had stains and the shower grout was mouldy and black. Furniture had broken areas that hadn’t been fixed or replaced. Very very disappointing for a Comfort Inn- we use to own a Comfort Inn Motel so we know what level of updated a motel should have.

Rooms not serviced. Beds not made and new towels placed on chair every few days. Hotel is not clean. Air conditioner only remote was in chinese. Reception was generally closed over the holiday period. The is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at.

Good Morning Brian. Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. As stated in the Guest Handbook in each room, we do not do services on Public Holidays. It was unfortunate for you that there were 4 public holidays during your stay. When asked by you our housekeeper provided a full clean of your room. Your manner was not very friendly at all toward our staff. Our Housekeeping staff work hard every single day. Some missed Christmas with their children for work. We do not do a full service every single day of your stay. We also do not tolerate unfriendly behaviour toward our staff and in the future we recommend that you stay elsewhere. Moving forward I hope that you treat people with respect and kindness in 2023.
The room was spacious and clean. Rooms are very outdated with old furniture. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on, hard. The pillows were lumpy and need replacing. Stayed for location and were with a group. Would look for alternatives if I had to stay in the area again.

There is no camera at the back parking lot,when we woke up the next morning, my toolbox at the back of my ute is open and my laser is missing. Tried calling the staff for a cctv ,they looked at a different ute.

We stayed in one of the apartments. The parking was a bit tricky and we used the visitor car space. The location is fabulous, you can walk to town and we made use of the rail transport. The units are older but very well laid out and reasonably furnished.
I did feel they need some additional block out curtains. The main bedroom is located behind a public car park which had lights on all night. Minor but there was no spatula….I would be happy to rebook if I was looking for accommodation in that area.
