I checked in after hours when the reception has already closed. The communication from staff is terrible. Instead of informing me the room number and which building the room is in, I had to call them multiple times to tease out the necessary entry instruction. The bathroom is filled with multiple tiny flies so I had to buy fly spray in order to use the shower. The rubbish chute is located close to my room but it was dysfunctional, so other residents left rubbish near the chute resulting bad smell near the area whenever I entered or left room. The cleanliness of other kitchen appliances including kettle was also so dirty that rendered it unusable. The overall decor of room can only be described as run down. When I needed extra towels/shower items (once the original supply ran out), I need to get it from the reception during opening hours. Due to the above issues listed, I will not return to this service apartment for future visit.

If you like staying in the middle of a construction site this is this is the place for you !! 3 buildings being built on each side of you …. You can see and watch the cranes and workers doin there thing . Forget having a conversation on the balcony you won’t hear a thing ! Spa that you share with everyone else is nice though …

Amazing service … they upgraded the apartment for no extra cost . And it is located in a place where everything is near on a walking distance . I totally loved it as the apartment had everything I needed for a 8 day stay .

The bathroom has a raised floor with a very hard piece of metal that sticks up. I whacked my toe in the middle of the night. Purple toe now. The shower leaked onto the floor and I slipped a little. Dangerous. The toilet paper holder was loose and one bar seat was put together backwards.

A very nice place to stay, but the furniture was too old. The bed was too sunk to sleep. It wa hard for my daughter to sleep and the sofa was not comfortable to sit down because it was too old.

Currently at the property there a construction next door, So no place to park to check-in. Also there are 2 towers so very confusing when you park and go up the wrong lift. Had a call the day before, but no mention of this :(

The apartments are perfectly located, south Brisbane train station is only a couple of minutes walk and buses also not too far away. Walkable to the river and Southbank also. Lovely view from the apartment. There is construction going on in front of and next to the building however was not bothered by any noise at all which o was very happy/surprised about. Negatives would be that the bed is 2 beds pushed together, secured only with a flat sheet so they easily moved apart which was annoying. Place is a little rundown. Also during my stay they attended to do smoke alarm maintenance I understand this is unavoidable but would’ve been nice to have been notified. I was jet lagged from travel and woken by 2 men letting themself into my room… not the nicest experience however they did offer to return in a couple of hours.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment on level 13 and the apartment itself was nice and spacious and clean with everything you need. The kettle was broken and made the power go out in the apartment but a quick call to reception helped and they replaced it really quickly and guided me to restore the power. I stayed alone with my two kids and the location was very convenient as we walked to Southbank pool and the museums and over the bridge to the city. Lots of restaurants nearby and coffee shops and things to do, but the apartment also has everything you need to cook dinner. The recreation area was nice with pool and TV room and lots of little areas to hang out or cook dinner and even a pizza oven. Unfortunately it was terribly noisy and we didn't go out on the balcony as there is construction everywhere and buildings super close to the apartment being build which is a pitty cause I like having a cup of coffee on the balcony... all in all a great stay, close to everything with everything you need to enjoy Brisbane.

Family getaway!!
Overall was a good family get-away alot of positives with a few cons: - King bed was 2 King singles put together with no zips just a sheet keeping the beds together was annoying and not comfortable - the toilet/shower by pool area wasnt very clean and smelt of urine - doors dont self lock when closed you have to physically lock it - fans didnt work near pool area and dining even when given remote from reception Other then that we will definitely be back again
