“Great location, great hotel.”
Great location. Clean well presented hotel with the added bonus of a iMac in each room. Restaurant food is superb, highly recommend eating there. Overall good value and good hotel. Parking can be a issue but not a huge problem.
“A gem in Bristol”
Just become part of the Hilton Chain and was previously the Mint Hotel. Not as grand as the Novotel but the rooms are very well appointed, the food is amazing and the drinks not too pricey

Excellent and well located. Courteous staff and a Mac in every room.

“The name says it all- 'Mint'”
I stayed in a Mint Hotel in Leeds and chose the same brand as I was so impressed. Bristol Mint did not disappoint! It was located 5 minutes walk from the train station and a pleasant 10 minute stroll into town. I checked in straight away and was asked if I knoew how to use the entertainment system. As I had stayed before I did, but if you are not familiar with Apple you will not have a clue! Good that they ask. You get free internet!!! Room was lovely and clean and very up to date.. Has an iron and an ironing board in the room which many hotels don't. Only downside would have to br the price of the breakfast- 15 pounds a head, and I didn't even have the full English! I would definately stay again and would recommend it, I would just say have your breakfast at the Kings Temple (the Wetherspoons pub opposite) for a quarter of the price!
“Lush”
Apple IMAC is fab. TV, DVD, CD players and full internet all in one very easy to use machine. Wardrobe with lights, full size ironing board, tea, coffee, ice bucket wine glasses bottle opener etc etc etc...Room not huge but big enough and quite sound proof - on a main road and couldn't hear it when windows closed. Close to station and not too far to walk to shopping area. We were room only so went into town for Breakfast (Place called COAL in the new Cabot Circus shopping centre which was fab and half the price of the hotel breakfast). We had one evening meal in the hotel restaurant and is was excellent. The local magazine says they were voted top hotel restaurant in Bristol. Loved Bristol except for a few dodgy taxi drivers - be careful! Definitely would use this hotel again and definitely going back to Bristol.
“Tempting to not leave the room”
Really impressed with the bells and whistles that make staying away on your own bearable. Real coffee and fresh milk provided in the room, latest Apple mac entertainment system provided free,good quality a/c. Bed roomy and comfortable. Only minor gripe was the pressure of the shower. Excellent location for Bristol Temple Meads, Quay and nightlife. Recommended.
