Excellent, friendly staff, good value for money, will use again

The hotel was clean and full of courtesy. Cleanliness and friendliness were the order of the day. breakfast was dealt with efficiently and was cleanly served

“Good hotel - well-located”
Excellent location. Walking distance from Midi/Zuud/Eurostar station. Just round corner from mannequin pis so able to do late-night shopping and tourist bit. Room spacious and with all standard features - one exception, didn't have shaver point so you need adaptor for electric razor.

hotel is in the right place with very good value for money. some might call it outdated, but for the centre of a major city anything newer would be at least double the price

hotel and room was excellent and price was definitely a bargain. very conveniently loccated next to sightseeing places for day time and going out at night time

Front Desk people were very helpful... above and beyond expectations. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extremely generous and the staff courteous and service good. Amazing location 10 minute walk from the Grand Plaza!!! Lot's of nice and reasonable Restaurants close, 10-15 min walk from the hotel. 10 minute walk to Metro station, 20 minutes to Train Station.
“Very good place to stay”
This hotel was ideally situated close to the Grand Place. Very well furbished, clean and a good continental breakfast. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I went there on a hen party, but i would definately go back for a romantic weekend or with the girls again. Heard not many good reviewsabout this hotel, but they must have had there eyes shut!!!

The Bedford Hotel has great staff in a great location and is clean and comfortable. It's only a 20 minute walk from the Eurostar and is just a short walk (or stumble if it's been a good night) from Manekin Pis and the Grand Place. The breakfast is amazing, plenty of choice and constantly refreshed- no there's no waiter service, or a full English, but anyone who can't find something to eat here is fussy in the extreme! On top of all this the bar has pricescomparable with local bars and made a great location for the end of the evening! My wife and I won't hesitate going back there when we go to Brussels again- which we will as we loved the city so much!

We were very impressed with everything at this hotel. Not a single complaint.
