No air conditioning the rooms are very old and not updated or well maintained. Stains on carpeting marks all over walls/patched holes. Good location, staff held bags after check out.

This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Brussels. It was clean, staff was friendly and spoke English. The room itself was on the smaller side but that’s to be expected in Europe I think! It was a really great location and easy to walk everywhere. We walked from the train station with our suitcases too and it was easy! The area was pretty noisy though. Lots of construction and people out in the street late at night if that kind of thing bothers you!

Other than location (close to Grand-Place) there is not much good to say. The elevator was out of service when we arrived and kept being told that it would be fixed in a couple of hours, the door knob of the bathroom fell off, and the room was unbearably hot, if we opened the window the noise would have kept everyone awake. The portable air conditioner did no good at all.

Close to both train station and Grand Place. Across the street from the Stock Exchange building. There are many nearby restaurants and places to shop. A bit noisy at night.
