Location in central Brussels. Hotel smells a bit mildewy and damp. Breakfast average but costs €30. Roof top bar service was absolutely terrible.

The room was very nice & spacious, and the location was good. This is just steps from the train station but far enough to be quiet and feel pretty safe. It had a big breakfast buffet and the dinner that we had at their restaurant (Chutney's) was very good. We slept very well.

The property is very nice. The location is in a dirty part of town, though. We had to ask for the complimentary bottle of wine we were supposed to receive, twice, but we finally got it. The room was very large and nice.

We arrived early to the Warwick and were a little surprised that when we tried to check in, instead of starting the process knowing our room wasn’t ready, we were told to come back at 3:00. We then came back a little after 3:00 and had to wait until 4 pm to get our room. They gave us 2 drink vouchers after we complained. Not impressed with customer service. Rooftop bar service was very slow.👎

This hotel was great right in the middle of everything but close to the train station. Was very pleased with our room and the hotel staff was friendly.

There was very little service for guests, no one to help with our suitcases when we arrived or even at the front entrance. The rooms were very cramped, we could barely get around our suitcase because our room was so small.

It was not good experience it is first time I discovered that no water amended in the room when I asked for at the front desk they handed to me in my hand then second day they did not add any in the room Also my personal adapter has been taken

Very central location and friendly/helpful staff. Since it's in city center, it's very small space. After opening the luggage, I barely had room to move around. The room is clean. However, the table/interior are old, and things don't feel fresh...Cleaning crew did not clean our bathroom or refill the soap (could be just a one time thing). The place works for young couples, but probably not for families with younger children.

The location of Warwick was amazing! All major attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected but still pretty clean and cozy. The rooftop bar was closed during our visit which would have been a nice benefit but overall pretty happy with the stay! I would recommend it for sure.

So close to Brussels Central train station & the Grand Place! It was super close to a bunch of restaurants as well which was amazing. The only rough part was the air conditioning never worked in our room and it was really noisy with the window open which was the only way we could cool off.

althout not new facility, it's vey well kept, excellent location near the old center, breakfast is very good. I can in sunday and the line for the check-in was 20 min after a long drive, so they should have brought a 3rd person to help at the desk. Over all it's a place to come back to.

Classic place going downhill fast
I have been going to the Warwick for years, but it is really going downhill. This time, the Wi-Fi just didn’t work. Then, this morning there was no hot water and I had to take a cold shower in the middle of the winter. When I brought this up upon checking out, they confirmed it was a problem on the whole first floor and said they couldn’t get anyone to fix it. Barely an apology, no offer to make it up to me in any way. Unacceptable problem, equally unacceptable customer service
