I have been going to the Warwick for years, but it is really going downhill. This time, the Wi-Fi just didn’t work. Then, this morning there was no hot water and I had to take a cold shower in the middle of the winter. When I brought this up upon checking out, they confirmed it was a problem on the whole first floor and said they couldn’t get anyone to fix it. Barely an apology, no offer to make it up to me in any way. Unacceptable problem, equally unacceptable customer service
