"So, this is well kept unit. If there were any areas for improvement, would be AC unit a bit loud, but works perfectly!! And house keeping a bit slow with remove gabage, and we couldn’t get the television to work. "

"The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable. Too hot with no windows with a big faucet in the room. This is the area where the bad smell is coming from. We did not use it. We were charge for additional 3 persons for compliance with no extra cots or linens provided for us. The kitchen was very used and there was no microwave to heat food. The concierge people are not helpful. Very judgmental and rude. We were prohibited to wait in the lobby while we were on the process of checking in and waiting for final procefures to finish. We were told to go outside to sit in the patio chairs while we wait, though there are available seats inside because the lady staff told us " it was crowded". We received no assistance or help when we encountered a problem in checking in. There are a few staff who were kind enough to assist our 3 senior companions who i intended to give a comfortable stay in a goodlooking condo building. There was not even a welcome bottled water provided. Nor any free drink - a can of soda or 2. Overall it was a bad stay. The only nice thing was the pool that my elderly mom enjoyed. Our 1st time here it was a disappointment.ALETHA🇺"

"Stayed in 2 different rooms lefts for a few days for a side trip. First room was awesome. Keep in mind the condo's are owned by different owners so every room is different. The bed and shower in the first room 10/10. This is why I went back. However the 2nd room the bed was a 6/10 shower was a 7/10 the Internet didn't work in either room. The pool and workout room is nice walking distance to festive walk Mall am is also close "

"J7 plaza hotel was amazingly nice. We enjoyed everything it offered, from courteous staff willing to help, the beautiful infinity pool on top with city view, and the free breakfast was superb. The restaurant servers were very polite and helpful. The front desk reps were very accommodating, and a beautiful artistic lobby was neat. The hotel was close to shopping places, like the Mega Mall, restaurants & walking distance to FUNDADOR museum was a plus. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone."

"Booked with Expedia. Hotel wants cash only 1,500 PH peso depsit. They won't take credit card. At checkout, they don't give you your deposit unless ask for it. 15 minutes walk to malls. No ice machine, have to get it at restaurant 1st floor. Air-conditioning is window unit so a bit noisy. Staff were courteous. Beautiful scenery of lake, pool neighborhood homes. Overall it was a bargain. Would come back again. "
