“great experience for three women”
I made this reservation on line when I was in Vienna. We were greeted so warmly and so professionally. Every time we would go by the front desk we were greeted and asked if there was anythng we needed. The breakfast was great . We stayed three nights in comfort and style. The workout room had everything we needed and the pool was wonderful. This place is top-notch and our stay was delightful. We made all our tourist connections at the front desk and they all worked out perfectly. The staff is 5 star.!!! Loved our stay..
“A pleasant stay at the Queen's Court hotel - recommended!”
The hotel and staff were very helpful, pleasant and professional - but my overall experience of the hotel is perhaps more 4 than 5 star...but still excellent. For PC users, please be warned; the wifi reception, at least in my suite, was completely unsatisfactory and hardly worked at all during my 5-night stay, however, I do believe things would have been fine with a cable. That said, I would definitely recommend this hotel, very highly!
“Great Hotel!”
One of the best hotels out of 11 that we stayed at in Europe! Big room, good air conditioning, nice staff, good location, good hotel restaurant, good WiFi. Separate living room, full kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, and a separate room for the toilet that was not in the washroom. They have a free washer/dryer down in the basement - the staff (3 of them) helped us use it. Pretty much everything about this hotel was excellent and we highly recommend it. We were staying on a Sunday and Monday night, but there is a nice little street within a couple of blocks with outside tables to have food and beverages, the waiters at one of the restaurants spoke very good engish and were extremely nice.
“Convenient and nice place to stay”
We found the Queen's Court to be perfectly located for sightseeing. The hotel was quiet and had the added luxury of the pool, hot tub and sauna. The rooms were great. They had all you would need to be comfortable which was wonderful for us as we were travelling with a small child. I would highly recommend this place to stay!
“Very impressed”
An excellent hotel, friendly staff and first class service. Close to all transport connections.
“we will return”
Just returned from a short break at the Queens Court hotel.excellent hotel.our suite was fantastic, very comfortable and clean.staff were very helpful.would recommend this hotel to anyone.would certainly stay at this hotel again.
“An excellent base to view the city”
The hotel whilst not on the river front is very well placed to see all of the major sites and for the Opera and restarant district in Pest. We didn't use the restaurant as there are 2 spars nearby and so we self catered for breakfast using the kitchen and dined somewhere different each night never morethan 10 mins walk away. A great trip and one I'd certainly recommend to others.
“Very impressed”
The Queens Court was brilliant for our stay in Budapest and most major landmarks easily accessible. We initially had a problem with the suite they allocated but this was soon rectified and a lovely bowel of fruit given in compensation. When we were given the correct suite it was lovely and having the kitchenette was brilliant. The spa and pool complex was well used by us and extremely clean. The Sunday Lunch Jazz was excellent - lovely food and good music - everyone in the family enjoyed it including the 7 year old. The restaurant is very good and prices compare with the Liszt Ferenc restaurants around the corner. I would definitely recommend this hotel - staff very friendly and very helpful - secured ballet and transport tickets for us. Well worth using when visiting Budapest.
“Great Value”
This hotel turned out to be a hidden gem. Although when we first arrived, it seemed a bit out of the way, it turned out that it was only a few steps to the nearest tram station and we were able to be anywhere we wanted to be in mere minutes. The room was very comfortable, with separate bedroom, 2 TV's, micro & bar fridge. Pool and sauna area was bright and accessable and for some reason we were impressed with the gigantic chandelier that hung over the pool. Must have been the novelty factor. The staff at the desk were most accomodating with directions, suggestions, arranging a cab to the airport and looking after our luggage on the last day prior to leaving. Overall a great experience and one of the best hotel values in Europe!!
“Fantastic”
Stayed 1 night at hotel on a business trip but cant wait to go back for longer on a social visit. Facilities were excellent, location was central and within easy walking distance of all the sights of the city.
