Nice that room had in-suite amenities like washer, microwave, and stove top, even if we didn’t use them during our short stay. Room itself was just okay, and not in the best shape. Bed was hard and small, wallpaper had tears around the room, and there was a bit of an odour. For one night and the price, the room wasn’t bad, but other than location (which was great), nothing really stood out.

Great location. Just across the street from the beach. Elevators are slow especially during check in and check out times, so avoid it during those times.

The first night we checked in, I noticed the bedding sheets were a little dirty. So I told front desk, and they were very prompt in having housekeeping come up immediately to change our sheets. The room was clean and perfect if you’re looking to be within budget. Also, it’s in prime location in between all the expensive hotels and the best part is that it’s within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and most attractions. The front desk staffs and other staffs are very kind and accommodating. Overall, our stay was great and I highly recommend staying here. My sister and I approve of this place as a great place for foreigners to stay.

Wonderful place, close to the beach! 😊
The experience was great. Really close to beach and night market. Peaceful during the night, clean and the place is so comfortable to stay, I couldn’t recommend it better. Also there is stove and washing machine and microwave, so if you don’t feel like going out and eating out, you can actually stay in and cook for yourself.

We stayed for 2 nights. On our second night, as soon as I walked into the shower stall and turned the water on, I noticed that the showerhead, handle and the metallic flexible hose were covered with thick slime and black mold. We’ve never seen such a filthy, unhealthy and unsightly scene in a hotel bathroom before. I tried to rinse if off so that I could take a shower, but the gunk did not come off. I was not able to use the shower. This situation should be reported to the health department. Obviously, it’s been too long since the last time housekeeping paid any attention. I can’t imagine how this property was rated 4.3/5 for cleanliness. Disgusting and shame on the hotel management and Expedia for doing business with them! (Please upload photos so that any potential clients can see what they are getting into)

Began with a struggle, great place
Hard to find this place, the main entrance is facing towards the beach, and you'll need to throw the hazards on to check in. Once you do, ask for directions or a pin to the parking garage they share with 3 other hotels and the residence, all in the same building. Once you get that confusion out of the way, it's an awesome hotel to spend a weekend or a whole week in Haeundae!

Great location and space to stay.
I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was great for my needs and I could see both beach and mountain from my window! It's close to the beach and plenty of places to eat. Also you can't beat having a washing machine in your hotel room. Saved me a lot of space when packing.

Great hotel across from the beach
We stayed here for a few nights over Chuseok. The room was clean and had plenty of storage. The bed was comfortable - not too firm but also not super plush. We used the refrigerator, sink and electric kettle. We were happy to have the kitchenette in case we wanted to cook. Hot water was plentiful for showers. We loved being right across the street from the beach. Location was excellent for the price point. Supermarket a block away. Plenty of restaurant options close by. Multiple bus stops in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay in Busan.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and we took advantage of the washer/dryer. Location was great! Would stay here again next time we’re in Busan.

Great location near the beach and many restaurants
We stayed in a one bedroom family room with a partial ocean view at Plea De Blanc. It had a queen size bed and a super single in the same bedroom. It was very clean and roomy. This is a one bedroom apartment owned by the hotel, so it has a nice size kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom with lots of closet space. The negatives, they didn’t provide washcloths, only towels and hand towels. The beds were firm/hard, which is typical for Asian Hotels. The hotel is in a great area on Haeundae-gu beach close to a Starbucks, Paris baguette, Burgers in New York, convenient stores and several restaurants. They have an area between the buildings to wash the sand off before heading up to your room. I would definitely recommend and stay in this hotel again.

部屋は明るく設備も悪くないが、普通のマンションの何部屋かを貸してホテル、と称している。よって、一般の住民・オーナーもいれば、隣が違うホテルの部屋だったりする。リゾートなので、郵便受けがあふれている部屋多し。 エレベータは誰でも乗れるのでセキュリティはないけど、まあ、マンションなので。 ちょっと困ったのが、スリッパがもうぼろぼろで履くのも躊躇する感じ。歯ブラシはない。バスマットもなく、掃除ももう少し行き届くといいかなあ。
