Room is privately owned, and so you are mostly on your own in terms if you need any support. We found that the resort itself is lovely, but the upstairs spa area is a bit tired - We did not use it. The wifi didn't work, and the key pickup drop off from a remote location was slightly inconvenient with the office unstaffed.

The unit was great as it was a private rental that has use of facilities and pool of Peppers Resort. Method of getting keys was bizaar. Lock box with keys, was next to bus stop. Great. But found there was 700m walk with suitcases to property. How inconvenient.

Hi William, we are sorry that you feel you were not advised of distance to property in the many communications prior to your arrival. Keys and lock box are located at my office which is near to a bus stop. Most people understand this when booking a privately managed apartment. We are glad you liked the apartment. Kind regards

Beautiful grounds, with 3 amazing pools and in a fabulous location. Room a little dated and considering our stay was four nights there was not many toiletries provided (1 small soap, 1 small shampoo).

Really enjoyed our check in experience. The apartment was in a great condition, certainly a couple of areas that could be looked at by maintenance but really enjoyable stay. Will certainly be back :)

We stayed in a beautiful 3 bedroom apartment over looking the stunning serenity pool. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Felt homely and welcoming. Beds were so comfortable and access to the pools was simple with a lift right outside our door. Loved our stay!

This was a great property, I loved our stay. I believe this is a lot cheaper than booking through Peppers Resort. Even in mid-winter the pool was used by us daily! Remember there are 3 flights of stairs to get to your room. :)

Clean, well presented rooms. Great pools, close to the beach and being on the Main Street was close to many options for food. Would definitely go back there.

Best place in Palm Cove
The Elysium Beach Club is within the Peppers Beach Club complex, with all the facilities, just not the price tag. Its possibly the best accomodation in Palm Cove, the lagoon pool is just gorgeous, and sipping cocktails in the spa getting to know our fellow guests was great fun.

We loved the resort the apartment is in. Peppers has 3 beautiful pools, one where you can escape from the kids. The main pool is perfect for families with young children. We scored an upgrade which was lovely, that never happens, and our room overlooked the pool. Our host was fabulous and attentive. We will definitely stay again

Not st all what it says in the ap ... this is not eslyuim the beach club but a private room in peppers resort ... you can’t cgarge anything back to your room . You need to drag your bags up four flights of stairs and when you wake up with no water you can’t glush or shower and nobody replies to you until you leave a bad review ... we did get one night refunded but this spoilt what was a great holiday before

Good Afternoon Darren, In answer to your 'comment' it clearly states on the 'Booking Sites' the Elysium Apartments and the Elysium Beach Club are at two seperate locations but still within the Palm Cove area. Many of the Apartments are privately owned and are available at lower rates in these various resorts, while guests still having access to the many facilities in the resort. There is no charge back available as the Reception staff are not involved with the bookings or cash transactions between the guest and the Manager at Elysium Apartments. It clearly states on the website there are no lifts available at the Elysium Beach Club Resort. You were also offered assistance with your baggage on arrival, which you declined. In response to the comment on the lack of water, maintenance was being carried out for approximately 30 minutes in an adjoining apartment and the plumber was not aware the two were connected, if we had known then every effort would have been made to limit any inconvenience caused. We were not aware of any issues until I received your message via the booking site. Guests checking in are reminded that should they encounter a problem then they are to call the number provided. I note the booking had been made for the Elysium Apartments and not the Elysium Beach Club and there would have been no misunderstanding or inconvenience caused as we had apartments available at that time. Property was lovely, as was Sharyon the host. Lots of beautiful amenities. Unfortunately it was bugs-galore but i was assured this was part of living in far north QLD. We killed a couple of spiders and moths, then Sharyon had a bug strip installed on the door. So that should aid future visits. All in all, beautiful apartment and resort, we will be back again!

Great location, great pool
The down side was the 600 meter walk from where we picked up the keys to the actual hotel room, this was not explained very well.. if you had lots of luggage and kids it would be an unpleasant way to start your holiday. Also the fact the the check out time was not given in any documents and then for the door to automatically lock, was also not the best... better communication would be great..
