"The carparking was messed up completely , the post stay survey had a faulty link and didn't work, the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, the TV options were awkward and relies on the guest casting from their phone to the TV - this feels very cheap for such a quality chain of hotels, the towels were small and thin. The place just didn't have the polish I would expect. On the positive the room was clean, well furnished and the bed was so so comfortable. The staff were also excellent and helped quickly with the parking mess up . The area around this hotel has limited options in terms of bars and restaurants on the weekend - the Casino is very close and has a good spors bar but non one was there"
